The Staff were friendly and was extremely helpful. They have a Free Shuttle Bus Service to airport. The room was cleaned as well.

I liked their service

The room is spacious, but the bathroom is too narrow! The location is far from the railway station. Even during the morning rush hour, there are no taxis to take orders using Uber. It is only suitable for self-driving guests or tour groups. The breakfast was just okay, but the highlight was the view of the city of Izumisano from the top floor.

It may be because Ctrip operates the hotel in China and did not correct it in time. I advise everyone to be cautious. This hotel is quite far from the station and it is almost deserted. It is difficult to get a taxi.
