Perfect location as the hotel is a walk away from bars and the beach. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. A friend and I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. The rooms were cozy and very clean. Will definitely book at this hotel again.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station, which offers direct access to the airport. It’s also within walking distance of some of the best spots in Izmir, including places for breakfast, dining, live music, art galleries, and the seaside. The staff is very friendly. If I visit Izmir again, I will definitely choose this place

Though the room was on the small side,we had enough space for our luggage. The location was excellent for the tram into downtown and to the train for Efesus and Denzili. We loved the restaurant, bar, and seaside areas a 10 min walk from the hotel.

Best location with reasonable prices. The rooms are small, but for short trips and business, its ok.. Just opposite of the train station, which arrives from airport.

I chose to stay in Ibis Izmir Alsancak mainly because of its location that is very near a metro station as well as a tram station. It's only two minutes walk from the stations. And it turns out it's near a public park overlooking the sea that you can visit to relax. And the park has playground  area for kids and excercise area for grown ups.  This hotels is also surrounded by restaurants, cake shops and convinient stores. And I love this hotel furthermore. The check in process was smooth. The staffs are nice and friendly. The room is spacious. And I love the bathroom, with unique layout and the liquid soap that smells very nice and relaxing. The breakfast is superb, with coffee machine that provides various coffee and chocolate drinks. I definitely recommend this hotel to stay in Izmir.

The TV was not working. Wires were hanging from the ceiling in the lobby. The picture was not secure.

The hotel is conveniently located, a 2-minute walk from Izban (very convenient to get to the airport). The hotel is cozy, clean, good lighting. There is everything you need.

A standard Ibis hotel, where I stayed on my first night in Turkey. There was never anyone at the front desk, and the person who checked me in was a newbie. I made two reservations, but she couldn't find my reservation for the second night as she was not familiar with the business. Fortunately, Ctrip solved it in 1 minute. I praise Ctrip's speed again!

Business trip, close to the subway. Stay again, clean and sanitary, good service! I like this location very much. Recommended hotel, but you have to book in advance, it is very popular and often no rooms.

The hotel was in a great location, it was clean, good breakfast. The room was a bit small for me, the window didn't open.
