Clean and tidy. Useful for short stays. I recommend this hotel.

A very bad hotel. I usually don't write reviews, but this was extraordinarily bad. The floors are extremely dirty, my white socks turned black almost immediately and hairs everywhere, even on the mattress and pillows. . The walls are extremely thin. You can hear everything from other rooms. Very early in the morning someone's alarm was going off for hours. The rooms smell like smoke. It's like someone was smoking in the hallway and was blowing the smoke through my door cracks. The room was extremely tiny. There was not even enough space to open my suitcase. The mattress was ok, however the pillows are very thick and hard, hurting my neck. I have never had such a terrible sleep in any hotel.

Friendly staff and clean room for a very democratic price. Only downside, there are construction works going on ATM in the hotel. During the day there was quite some noise.

It’s normal to spend one night with your eyes closed. The hotel is tired, dirty, apparently I forgot what 3 stars look like in Turkey, now I remember... the pictures generally correspond, they do not show the depressing condition of the walls, plumbing and dirt.

The location is located near the pedestrian street, yet quiet in the midst of prosperity! Newly renovated, clean, the room is average in size but fully equipped (see photos). The beautiful woman at the front desk speaks good English and has a friendly smile. The heating is very sufficient in winter, and walking back to the hotel on the street is the most comfortable! Stay again next time!

This is the worst experience I have ever had when booking a hotel online. On the first day, I arrived at the hotel alone. The pretty lady at the hotel counter explained to me that coffee, tea, and water were all free, and everything else had to be paid. Also emphasized that the room is a non-smoking room. I was also asked to sign a document. It's a coincidence that it was very cold on this day, for me as a person from Taiwan. I don't know if I don't know it, and I'll be shocked if I stay there. Originally, I chose the most expensive room mainly because I thought the room was big enough, so it should have better sound insulation. I didn’t expect this weird room to be really weird. The kettle was filled with white scale. I tried to clean it at first, but later I found that it couldn't be cleaned at all, and it was all covered with white powder. I said I wanted to get a new one. I still had to wait until the next morning to go to the counter and ask for it to be replaced. What's even more exaggerated is that the air conditioner is placed in the kitchen. Then imagine that you can transmit the air conditioning from the kitchen to your master bedroom through the living room. As you can imagine, it's simply impossible. And the hotel staff didn't think this was a problem. So in order to prevent myself from freezing to death, I took a Youyou card and inserted it in my room. I didn’t even dare to get up when I went out, for fear that the temperature in the room would drop. The next day, my boyfriend arrived. I asked him to go to the counter and get me two bottles of water. A boy's waiter told him 60 Turkish dollars, and the next day I thought to myself that I would find the waitress and she would return it. The result is really a pipe dream. After explaining a lot, I can give you a few bottles of water if you want. As long as the money goes into their pockets, they can never take it out. The sound insulation of the room is also extremely poor. Anyway, you can complain about everything you can think of. The most important thing that made me furious was leaving for the day. He said to make sure we had snacks. Since I'm not in the habit of eating snacks in restaurants, I thought there shouldn't be any, but then he said yes, so I was sure my boyfriend had some. Told me a bunch of stuff. I heard chocolate,,,, and two bottles of water. I asked him if water doesn’t cost money? He said the two bottles in the refrigerator were charged. I really don’t think that’s how business works. He said he wanted 190 Turkish dollars. I directly gave him 200 yuan, and he pretended that there was no change for ten yuan at the counter. I asked him to keep it because the driver outside was waiting for us to go to the airport. Really, really, really don’t book this room. Because once you order, you are guaranteed to regret it. The scenery and people in Türkiye are really great. But the service quality of this hotel really deducted points for Türkiye. It's simply embarrassing.

The location is in the center, the staff is attentive, the cleanliness is successful, our room was nice in terms of layout and furniture color/design selection. I don't see anything missing to deduct points. Again as soon as possible 💜

The location of the hotel is very central. If you have a car, it may be a little difficult because it does not have its own parking lot, but there is a parking lot right behind it. They give a discount when you tell them that you are a hotel customer.

The location of the hotel is central, but when you look out the window, you feel heartbroken, there is only 3 meters between you and the building opposite. No one came for room service. There is a parking problem, especially if you arrive on a Sunday, you cannot even drive to the front of the hotel. The attention of the employees ***meat was good but the room was very small. The night we stayed was February 5th and we were in a very bad mood as the earthquake disaster occurred in the morning. It was not a good experience. We do not remember how we left the hotel.
