I liked everything very much! Tasty, clean and affordable

Thank you. The staff helped with early check-in and solving office problems. The price is right. Good breakfasts on the top floor with a view.

Excellent location, delicious and generous breakfast.

At the beginning of my stay, I thought the service was okay, but after that it wasn't the case anymore, a lot of things were half-baked. The cleaning ladies left the door to our room open after they had been there all day. Another day they cleaned, it was spotless, but we left the duvet cover in one corner and the duvet in the other. Basically it was up to us to put it on, we could hear everything that was going on around us. Let me explain, the walls are probably very hungry and the sound was transmitted through air vents and we could really hear everything. It's almost as if the sound was multiplied by two and the neighbors were talking directly into the air vent. I won't even mention the smell of the toilet, it's the same thing that goes through the ventilation and LOL I had the impression that the smell was right next to me

Nos encantó el hotel, muy serviciales, una ubicación excelente para conocer las mezquitas más emblemáticas, a tan solo 15 minutos caminando, cerca al comercio, supermercados, la habitación limpia, buen baño, y muy tranquilo Lo recomiendo, estuve con mi esposa y fue una experiencia muy agradable. El desayuno muy bueno, ideal para arrancar el día.

Очень понравился персонал, сервис, обстановка и чистота в номере. Наличие чайника и холодильника было очень кстати. Всё приборы и сантехника работали прекрасно. Завтрак проходит на верхнем этаже с открытой зоной ( из которой иногда, правда, тянуло в зал дымом). Завтрак на 6 из 10. Не натуральные соки, не вкусный кофе, нет фруктов вообще. Много солений. Для вегеторианцев не очень. Отель удобно расположен. До станции Yenikapi 5 минут пешком. А вообще, отдых в этом отеле запомнится! Приехали бы ещё!

Dalan hotel is very clean with welcoming stuff.Close to metro,tram and bus station.Wi-fi is available everywhere.Breakfast is really good and delicious.Every employee constantly asks you if you need anything. The rooms are small, but that's normal for this part of Istanbul. If you want, the rooms can be cleaned every day. The air conditioning works and water is definitely paid for everywhere. Just so you know. All pictures of the hotel are authentic as the information.

Average hotel, in part of the city I didn't like, but walking distance from Gran Bazzar and Hagia Sophia. Good point is Exchange office next to reception. Internet wasn't good, actually connection was really poor or non existent for most of the time. Breakfast was average as well. Small elevators for this many guests.

Отель нам понравился. Отдыхали семьей, 4 человека. Персонал очень вежливый и внимательный. Номера чистые и вполне комфортные. Завтраки вкусные с хорошим выбором блюд. Расположен в удобном месте, как для туризма, так и для шопинга. Спасибо за отдых. Рекомендуем для поселения.
