Very old hotel. Towels gray beige never white and filthy pillow covers with spots and the pillows cotton are all like balls inside the pillows that much is old and bad quality. They consider them selves 4 stars hotel while there are no ear cleaners or cotton even the water they provide taste very weird we drank it only after boiling it. Breakfast not good quality. The hotel not special needs people friendly not friendly either for elderly people as the way to get to the lobby only through few steps. The only good thing is the customer service

I originally had booked this place thinking that it was nice to have a pool and use the facilities and then when I got there the place was dark, dingy, smelt like mold. The rooms feel oppressive. The window overlooked air conditioning units garbage and there were also workers walking around on the roof so they could look right into the space. I felt like I had no privacy and then when I had arrived I was excited to use that pool to find out that it was an additional service of 10 US dollars which I found a little bit more of a bait and switch situation. I didn't even bother staying for my reservation. I immediately booked a new place and left after check-in. Oh, and the double bed is actually two very small single beds pushed together that slide apart

I am from South Korea. This trip is my 5 times visit to Istanbul .Whenever I stay ,I prefer changing to staying in one hotel.That's because I wanna experience different hotel mood.
While in Zagreb hotel , I just feel like my home .
Especially Gazi was such a professional ! I could feel his sincere service mind ,which made me feel so comfortable .And thank you for all other hotel staffs ,too. Facilites are good including nice swimming pool.In swimming pool Sinan did his best all the time .
I was so impressed .Thank you ,Sinan :)
Next time ,definitely I will stay in Zagreb hotel to meet Gazi n Sinan .I had a good memory thanks to all hotel staffs .

Good value for the price. Everything is okay, nothing special. Rooms and facilities a bit old, but not bad. Staff is polite but not overly friendly. The breakfast is basic and simple, it’s okay for not being hungry in the morning. One day for breakfast they made a Turkish dish freshly, unfortunately charged 2€ per serving which is a bit ridiculous.
Overall basic and okay for the price.
Tram and bus stations are within 7 minutes of walking.

Convenient location. Very close to the tram station and metro. Many shops are nearby.
You can even walk to the historic district in like 20 mins.

Me and my daughter stayed here for 2 nights, the staff was amazing especially with my baby daughter. Hotel is close to everything, great local. Rooms are basic and a bit worn but does the job. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We will be returning 😊

Its called zagreb hotel but its in istanbul turkey, many people have mistakenly booked it as if its in zagreb, contacted trip but have gotten no refund or any compensation, it is a mistake from my side but when you put the location as zagreb Croatia this should not pop up in the results at all so it is also an issue trip should solve
