Poor reception service; room booked was unavailable & subsequent room had not been serviced completely - no bathrobe’s & shower cleansing cream. Meals were hard to order at lunchtime due to lack of staff availability.

Really bad management the Aircon was not work. Nobody give you any ****. They ask you to check out early. I want to check in and midnight they don’t care but the spa really nice. The hotel is really good. Need to change the management or improve it

Amazing pool/spa facilities. In total there were 5 different pool areas. Adult only pool in the spa. The room was spacious and very large. Hotel staff were very accommodating and could speak English well. The breakfast was an amazing selection of choice. Best we have had in a Turkish hotel so far.

Fabulous hotel with gorgeous bedrooms and facilities. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend.

Very nice and fun spa hotel!!! But they don’t have airport shuttle anymore that’s a bit annoying.

Very nice

Because I was going to fly to Italy the next day, I stayed near Saw Airport the day before. It was quite close, 7 kilometers and a dozen minutes by car. The hotel probably didn't have a shuttle service, so it's better to take cash/visa card and take a taxi from Saw Airport the night before (it's hard to get an Uber at the entrance of Saw Airport). The hotel's breakfast was almost ok, with fruit yogurt and basic Turkish food. Unfortunately, the time was tight and I fully booked, so I couldn't experience the spa project. I must make an appointment in advance! ! The bad thing was that the hotel I booked on Ctrip was not very smooth when I contacted the front desk for reservation. The front desk didn't know the business hours of the spa. Now I know it is (7am-9:30pm for reference), which resulted in not being able to make an appointment for the spa in advance. I was very helpless 😮💨. Maybe because I arrived at the hotel late, the hotel arranged a twin room for me, but the waiter helped me call the front desk ☎️ and helped me put the bed together according to my needs. The service staff are very polite and qualified, so the overall experience is not bad~ Btw, the hotel facilities and environment are very good, very spacious and comfortable, clean and sanitary, the shower facilities are so great!! Very suitable as a transition staycation for transit travel:)
