No cleanliness Staff are rude No room service. We didn’t get slippers , towel , water bottles. Such a bad experience there

Good only when you have no other choices in this location.

It was a cute and nice hotel, close to Sultanahmet, restaurants, and tram stations.

Hotel is not offically otels the photos shown on hotel page is fake you will face tottaly witg something else whatever you booked plus there is no regular clean for rooms very old hotel i dont recommend it all

Hotel location is good. Room was very humid, next to the street - very loud, and everything inside was too old and need one touch to break. We booked the room with two breakfast and stuff was surprised and said breakfast is not included. They were helpful to organize the car to airport. I wouldn't go back.

As a couple it was a very nice experience. The staff, especially Lilia were super friendly, thoroughly multilingual and each day cleaned our rooms, helped us with laundry and made our beds nicely. The location and transportation is excellent with good bus links into the city. We also had confusion with booking the family room accidentally. Kindly, they accommodated us to a more suitable room and refunded us despite booking the wrong and more expensive room.

The hotel is beautifully kept, very clean and well organised. The Staff are very helpfull and kind, made us feel safe at home from the start. The food was fantastic and traditional. Definitely, Will be back again :-)

The day before, I asked the hotel staff to book an early morning taxi for me. After that, when I checked the reservation, the price had gone up from the first time. At the time, I thought it was unavoidable, but the next morning, when I tried to check out, there was no one at the front desk. The staff was sleeping on the sofa, and when I called out to them, they reluctantly woke up, and it seemed like the taxi hadn't been booked. After that, I made a reservation over the phone, but the price went up even more. The price went up by 400 lira from the original price, and I ended up getting on the taxi 20 minutes late. The service was poor and the hotel is not trustworthy.

Don't trust the photos. You will have everything except the rooms in the photo. Then in addition a huge fridge in the middle of the room. Unsanitary room, not finished? Faucet kit not even installed. The only positive point is the bathroom.
