This place is a complete scam. Not recommended for tourists or families! The hotel is essentially a ******* for locals involved in hourly ************, with loud escort activity going on all night. The sketchy receptionists rude and unprofessional kids openly sell rooms by the hour and seem clearly involved in pimp-like activity. It’s shameful, with constant noise, no privacy, and zero respect for guests. This is not a hotel! it’s a red-light zone disguised as one. Absolutely not suitable for families. Stay far away.

Munzur is the most supportive people I have met in Istanbul hotels. The hotel designing is good, there is a kitchen in the room with full set cooking equipments.

Come on, don't expect any 5-star accommodation, Oh, and Wi-Fi? That stuff is basically 'legendary' here—meaning it's usually hiding. Signal's like playing hide-and-seek: either there's no signal, or it keeps dropping out.If you're the kind of friend who absolutely loves mosquitoes, considers getting bitten a 'love mark', and utterly despises any electronic device disturbing your precious sleep? Then congratulations! This place is definitely your 'dream destination', guaranteed to make you feel right at home! Get ready to welcome these 'enthusiastic' little bloodsuckers and the utterly 'unreliable' network!

Unfortunately, the hotel needs maintenance, I stayed for 3 nights and there was no cleaning during this time. In the studio flat, I was first given a room with a very strong cigarette smell, and then upon my complaint, I was given a different room. The rooms are warm, there is both heating and air conditioning, there is no possibility of getting cold. However, bathroom cleaning and bathroom equipment (shower gel, shampoo, soap, etc.) do not come unless you ask. The bathroom images are different from the images here. The shower head does not hold, the soap dispensers and shampoo dispensers do not work. There is also the part about going to the room and staying at the door every night. You have to unlock that door at the reception every day. It is difficult to reach the hotel when you call the hotel. In short, although I was supposed to stay for 1 more week due to my business trip, I could not stay in this hotel any longer.

It is great for the region, location and hotel. I definitely recommend it.
