Friendly and helpful reception staff. Decent choices for breakfast. Small but clean rooms . Not tok far from Taksim square.

Small rooms

To be honest, the four-star hotels here are different from those in China, so you should pay attention to your expectations when staying in this hotel. However, when I had breakfast on the last day, I met two couples from China who were traveling here by car. It was a coincidence.

The location and environment of the hotel are very bad. There is a car repair street outside the door, which is dirty and broken. This time I was attending a meeting at the Convention and Exhibition Center. The hotel seemed not far away on the map, but in fact, I had to climb a 45-meter-high hill to get to the Convention and Exhibition Center. The hotel facilities are basically at the level of a two-star guesthouse, with worrying hygiene and dilapidated facilities. The service is also very poor. Not to mention that there was no room service for two consecutive nights. After we complained to Ctrip, the hotel lobby manager came to our room with another manager and knocked on the door to argue with us. After we clearly expressed that the hotel was not the same as the picture, there was no apology or attitude to make up for it. Not recommended. Whoever books this hotel is a big victim.

The soundproofing of the room is average. At 4 o'clock in the evening, the people next door were watching English programs, and I could hear everything they said. The breakfast was OK.

Hotel near Taksim Square. Climb the slope to the square, but it is convenient if you take the shuttle bus. The breakfast menu is plentiful and nice.

It's an incredibly noisy hotel. No sound insulation between rooms. No sound insulation between floors. No sound insulation on the room door. No soundproofing on the windows. The first night I couldn't sleep at all. On the second day I changed my room but I couldn't sleep again. The noise from the street was unbearable.

The hotel is very new, clean and calm. Breakfast was top and all people working here are very helpfull. Room Cleaning is done everyday. All the reception team and kitchen teal were on the top of the expectations. I think what is missing is place with basic machines for gym, otherwise it was highly fulfilling my needs.

We booked two rooms. With one of them there was no issue. At 16 we went for a walk and requested for the second room to be cleaned.this was not done nor we were provided the a change of room after requesting it. Half of our group barely slept that nignt. When requesting to speak with a manager in the morning we were let know that he will be available on monday (after we have left) The solution they provided in the morning is to send housecleaning to clean the room. I would not recomend this hotel and will not stay here never again.

the reception staff very nice, helpful and polite despite the bad behavior of the porter, arrogant and rude in terms of cleanliness the rooms were not well maintained and unfortunately bad behavior from the cleaning ladies too

Clean and simple, a little far from main taksim square and taksim central atraction with metro beein a bit too far but everything else is dooable. And taxis do take you unlike near other places where they refuze to take you or ask for ridiculus amounts of money
