Do not choose this hotel if you are a light sleeper. The noise is constant. They gave me a room on 2nd floor. It’s over 3 am and I am still struggling to sleep, the traffic is ongoing with motor vehicles. I asked the staff at reception to change room, but was told all rooms are like this. I don’t think I will be able to get any sleep at this hotel. It’s first hotel ever I came to sleep and I could not. Staff is not helpful to find solutions (maybe if you can get a room higher it will be better, but they said it’s all the same 🤷♂️)

Location is good near to airport bus pick up and drop off. Cleanliness is good as well but no sound proof. Free two bottles of drinking water only on first day. Simple breakfast.

Not a bad hotel with small but comfortable rooms, there is a kettle, tea, coffee, a wardrobe, even a safe. The location is good, close to the sights. From the hotel on foot 10-15 minutes bus stop to the new airport. Near the hotel there are many cafes and shops. At the reception there is a friendly girl.

The location is convenient, just a few minutes walk from the airport bus station. Independence Street is also within walking distance. The room size is a bit small and the elevator is also very narrow. It seems that new soft decoration has been added to an old building. I wiped the heated towel rack, but the toilet paper was covered with dust. The receptionist is very friendly. The atmosphere of a hotel starts with the receptionist's smile. Breakfast is a typical Turkish breakfast. The taste may not be suitable for Asia, but it is enough for people to eat. The waiter also helped us add hot tea. This small and thoughtful gesture has not been seen in several other hotels. This service deserves praise. Especially Turkish tea comes in very thin cups and is drunk in just a few sips, so adding it is necessary.

The hygiene is too bad, the quilt smells like feet, disgusting, I don't recommend it at all, there is no remote control for the TV or air conditioner, the service attitude of the front desk is poor, the soundproofing in the room is not good, it is very noisy, the bathroom is very small, but the hot water is good.

The hotel is located a couple of minutes from the metro station and Taksim Square. There are various shops and cafes nearby. The room itself was spacious and freshly renovated. Very nice design and view from the window to the street. Amenities: the air conditioning worked well, the bed linen and beds were clean and it was nice to fall asleep on them. Cleaning was done regularly. Tea / coffee. Two bottles of water were on arrival. I recommend for booking.

Overall, everything is very good, everything is close) the bed is large and comfortable, quiet and calm, but in the shower there was an unbearable smell of cigarettes (- this is perhaps the only minus for me, because I do not smoke. I recommend the hotel in order to just relax without any sophistication

We really enjoyed. Hello everybody. We were greeted warmly. The receptionist at Hacibe speaks a good level of English and, of course, Turkish; she checked us in very quickly; the other employee, unfortunately did not remember the name, can speak Russian. The woman from the dining room where we had breakfast also knows Russian very well. Well, you can always use an online translator. The cost of living for this quality is very reasonable. The hotel itself is tiny, but quite charming. The room is small: 2 single beds - snow-white bed linen, safe, refrigerator, Android TV, black out curtains, WI-FI works properly; The bathroom, for my height of 185 cm, is a little cramped, but for me this is not a problem, because it itself is clean and there are enough towels and shower accessories, and there is also a hairdryer. The price includes a small breakfast, which is served from 8:00 local time - just enough to have a snack before lunch. A nuance is that the Taksim Mosque is within walking distance, so you can hear the call to prayer five times a day. I sleep soundly and it didn’t bother me. There is a Migros jet grocery store on the next street, and Şok is also nearby. There are several currency exchange offices near the hotel. Istiklal Street, with the famous red tram, a wide variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, is also within walking distance. This time I traveled to Istanbul with my mother; she is of an elegant age and can handle stress well, but still the landscape in Istanbul is hilly and not very familiar to us, so the hotel was chosen based on criteria, including maximum transport accessibility. We got from Istanbul New Airport by Havaist bus - the travel time was approximately 40-50 minutes. From the stop to the hotel it takes about 5-10 minutes at a quiet pace. There is a metro station of the same name on Taksim Square, with its help you can easily get to many attractions - from the hotel to the metro it takes a maximum of 5 minutes at a calm pace. We wish the hotel success, prosperity and only satisfied guests. Greetings from Yekaterinburg, Russia.
