Good place to stay during transfer

I had a comfortable stay at your hotel

The cheap price was really good. Breakfast could be a lot better, not enough options, same dish each day. Would recommend to avoid this maybe have it once.

It's not clean. The water is brown and the room is not cleaned properly. Also, the futon was only a towel blanket even though it was winter. Furthermore, I had to try many times to open the door even though the key didn't work. In the end, it was the staff's mistake. It might be better not to stay here.

When checking into a hotel near the metro, the administrator told us that there were no rooms with a paid reservation and that they would take us to another branch, which was 10 km from the booked hotel and the metro. We were checked into a dirty room of 10 square meters instead of 45. Our window did not close, there was a dirty blanket, the shower was leaking, the air conditioner did not work, there was no hair dryer. The staff is rude and indifferent. I do not recommend this hotel.

When checking in, they said that we had to check into another hotel, which was 15 minutes away by car and, accordingly, from the metro (thanks for delivering). At the new hotel, they tried to change the payment method or ask for more, but after the conversation they just gave us the keys and took us to the room. The room was the most basic, but there was no blanket. The water in the sink was not hot, the shower was normal. The toilet lid did not stay on and was constantly closing, we had to make a prop. There was Wi-Fi, but the Internet did not work, at the reception they said that this is the case in the whole part of the city, which is doubtful. We had to wait about an hour for the bus to the H6 airport. If comfort is more important than savings, then it is better to look at another hotel.

Pros: Not far from the BTS station, but you have to walk up a hill. Large room, quiet, staff is ok. Cons: Very little breakfast, not buffet style, 1 dish, honestly it's disgusting. The room smells of cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom duct. You have to close the bathroom door and let the air out until you can sleep.

Despite my late arrival, I was met and checked in right away. The room was large (even too large for me alone), and at first it seemed cold, although the radiator was warm. I was also saved by a warm blanket. And by the way, the bed was incredibly comfortable. In the morning they fed me breakfast (a small portion, but I was quite full). The WiFi worked well. The hotel facilities are a bit old and are actually older than the hotel pictures. The hotel is located in the suburbs of Istanbul. The only advantage is that it is close to the airport subway, but there is a steep slope from the subway entrance to the hotel, and the sidewalk is bumpy and difficult to walk. The breakfast is a Turkish breakfast, one per person. The hotel's rating is high, which does not match. It is at most at the level of 3.5-3.9 in China.

The employee very carefully changed the room I booked on the app because it had a balcony and gave me a room that did not have a balcony and was not like the room I booked. This is very bad and unprofessional behavior.

The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from the metro station. Taxi to the airport - about 15 minutes and about 15 dollars. The metro to the airport is about the same 15 minutes and less than a dollar per ticket. The historical center of Istanbul is less than an hour by metro and about a dollar per ticket, since you need to change from one line to another. There are quite a few small eateries and several grocery stores near the hotel. But there's nothing else to see. The rooms are large and relatively clean, the staff is friendly, but the breakfast is quite poor. What was most upsetting was the air conditioners not working throughout the building. It was already very hot in the rooms at the end of May, it’s hard to imagine how people live there in the summer.
