Response from Property: Dear Guest, We find it unacceptable that you make false claims about our hotel due to a problem you experienced with a taxi, after using all our services without making any complaints during your 5-day stay. Our hotel provides daily room cleaning, towels are changed regularly and all our rooms are serviced with high hygiene standards. If the problems you claim were real, why did you stay for 5 days? Why didn't you make a single complaint during this period? The positive experiences and repeat stays of our other guests are the most concrete indicators of our service quality. Taxi service is a completely independent issue and cannot be associated with our hotel. You stated that you took into consideration the positive comments of our other guests when choosing our hotel. Now, it is quite contradictory to accuse our guests who evaluate our hotel in a similar way of being "misleading". As EA Exclusive Hotel, we are open to all kinds of constructive criticism, but we would like to state that we reserve our necessary legal rights regarding comments that do not reflect the truth.
