Good location, easy access to Grab cars. The room was big with good view, though the room we got has broken sofa and it was upside down when we got in. Someone came the next day to check and just let us know do not use. Lines in elevator is long especially in the morning during checkout time.

Me and my girlfriend came here and didn’t believe how smooth was the experience; all the special requests were met thanks to the mangers on the phone. For people from my country it’s hard to pay the deposit because of the sanctions. And the management made an exception. Definitely will come back. Wonderful place

Location: good, very near to KLCC Cleanliness : to improve washroom’s cleanliness, nearly had a fall due to the slippery washroom floor A good stay, need to improve on washroom’s cleanliness Come with washing machine, stove, a coach, fridge Got a teared towel, no extra towel in the room Good view Check in process takes nearly 45min due to some system /technical error, A male receptionist told me that he can’t find my booking number and asked me to sit at the lobby calling customer service myself to find out what’s happening , to cut it short, they gave my room to other travellers and gave me another room at last after waited very long at the lobby. It was nice and almost complete. Only that no enough towels and to hang the used clothes and towels. Location walking distance only to Petronas Twin Tower for approximately 12 mins.

"A Stay with... Vibrant Acoustics (and a Stunning Rooftop Escape)" Let’s address the elephant in the room—or rather, the enthusiastic couple next door. The walls here are delightfully thin, meaning we got a very clear soundtrack of our neighbor’s passionate moments. (Credit where it’s due: her moans were almost artistic. Brief, but spirited.) Now, the less amusing parts: Our door refused to lock properly, leading to an awkward invasion when the same neighbors mistook our room for theirs. Management’s response? A shrug and zero fixes, despite repeated requests. At least keycard access limits intruders to confused guests—small mercies. The true redemption? The rooftop pool. Gorgeous views, serene atmosphere, and blissfully free of any… extracurricular noises. If you can overlook the privacy quirks, this alone almost makes up for the chaos.

Check-in and registration are fast, but there is no WiFi for two consecutive days, and you can't use it until you check out.

I booked 2 rooms for my friends, who are foreigners. The feedback were extremely negative and will never book this accommodation again!
