Basic room. Clean and location very good in Asakusa. No facilities but overall experience was ok.

The room is SOOOOO small!!! Don’t even have enough space to open one suitcase. And when I did, my boy almost tripped over because of the tiny space. No slippers inside the room. The staffs are not very helpful to arrange for late check out even if I am willing to pay more (except one Caucasian who is willing to help in the end). Won’t recommend for family stay as this is very far from the kids activities.

Location is convenient, staffs were friendly and helpful.

Providing a coffee machine in the hotel lobby can significantly increase guest satisfaction because most of the people loves the smell of freshly brewed coffee.

A hotel with modern designs, but also it means you need to serve your own. The breakfast arrangement was really disappointing. It turns out to be picking up your own food in a convenience store setting. Also, they issued the QR code for settling bill at the “convenience store” with a receipt paper, which is not easy to keep. What makes me more disappointed is that they refused to reissue the QR code after I accidentally lost it. The designs are great. The location is good. But other than that, the food, the service and the arrangement are really not what I have expected.

The room cannot open the suitcase, suitable for couples but not for families! Hotel supplies are self-service at the lobby floor! The worst breakfast included is self-service, which is packaged sandwiches, packaged bags, packaged biscuits, bottled frozen milk, just like a convenience store! No hot dishes! It is better not to eat this kind of breakfast included!

The room is small but cozy and clean. It feels like a small B&B, and check-in is quick and convenient. If I go to Asakusa again, I will stay here again🫶🫶

We booked a view room with Ctrip in advance. As soon as we opened the door, the view of Sensoji Temple came into view. The view of the public space on the two floors of the hotel is unbeatable. You can see Sensoji Temple on one side and Tokyo Skytree on the other. The hotel style is Japanese, simple, fresh and fashionable. I will consider it next time.

When staying in the room for consecutive days, the garbage in the trash can was sorted out, but the remaining garbage was not handled together, resulting in a bad smell in the room.

The 24H self-service bar on the top floor provides a variety of light meals and drinks. The location overlooks the panoramic view of the Skytree and Sensoji Temple. It is only 5 minutes away from the subway station. It is a good choice for self-guided tours in Tokyo.

The room is very small, basically not even a place to sit, put the suitcase and sit in the same location, that can only choose one, the upper floor of the other house thought as a sleeping space, it turned out to be just a tea place with a tatami, so the lower double bed must sleep two people, but there is a place, and the other is on the upper floor, so the place is not very transparent, but the bathroom is not very transparent; That one person in the shower, others want to use the toilet or wash teeth will be extremely inconvenient;

I have a certain degree of confidence in the hotels owned by Hoshino Resorts. The level of hygiene, service attitude, and hotel location are all very good. But there is a problem, that is, for some reason, this hotel does not provide basic supplies such as water and slippers.

The rooms are a bit small, but it's a clean hotel with a pretty view~^^ This time, it was close to the elevator, but fortunately it wasn't noisy~ The view alone is the best!!
