Breakfast is amazing, nice hotel, spacious room, everything is great

Amber Hotel is a very good hotel with a quiet environment. There are restaurants, supermarkets and shopping malls around it, which is very convenient. I often stay at Hilton's Amber Hotel. Its suites are comfortable and it is an ideal hotel choice for family travel.

I booked a room on Ctrip in early March, checked in on March 27th and checked out on March 28th. I paid more than 1,200 RMB and put a credit card as a deposit when I checked in. Today I found that the hotel had charged another night's room fee on my card. I called to inquire, and they said Ctrip didn't pay! I paid Ctrip 20 days in advance, why didn't it go to the hotel account? I must be careful next time. I want to contact Ctrip customer service to find out what happened.

Near Washington, this hotel feels quite cost-effective, but you need to drive a car to enter Washington. The area around the hotel is relatively quiet and safe. It seems that the surrounding area is a new built area.
