Intercity Hotel Istanbul Airport Reviews

I don’t know where the good reviews are coming from, but the only positive thing about this hotel was stuff. Guy at the reception was friendly and helpful. That’s the only nice thing I can say about this hotel. The hotel is supposedly new, but everything is a bad quality and falling apart already. They checked us in a room with no toilet paper/slippers and broken toilet flush. After changing room, it had the same problem with flush, but at least there it worked once in a while (they claimed they were fully booked). Beds was made of cheap plywood and were bending under you. Mattresses were too soft and you sank on them. Breakfast was a plate of some cold stuff, even boiled egg and french fries were cold. and the sausage looked uneatable. This hotel maximum is their usual 20 euro per night, but we had to book it for 50 euros, and it wasn’t worth this money. We’ll never stay there again, awful experience after exhausting trip.

This hotel is around 20 minutes from the Airport... the airport itself is pretty remote so it takes a while to get close to any accommodation so I'd say that the location is good. It was also spacious, clean and had a pretty big jacuzzi for at least 4 people

Was a very nice little room. Had a balcony that i was able to sit outside on while i enjoyed me last night in Istanbul. Room was of nice appearance and i would stay here again.

The hotel was near the airport and was ok for one night. The internet wasn’t good. They have a cute young cat on premises which was really cool.

Looking was good near to airport 10 min by taxi.

Don’t book taxi with that hotel , they will keep you waiting for more than one hour.

Its nice hotel, clean and quite environment at night. I stayed one night before off to Dubai. Its only 15km from Istanbul airpot. Amenities in hotel very good and shower too. Booking via trip make our travel easy peasy.

Not impressed

It was good

The soundproofing is a bit poor. You can clearly hear the sound of planes taking off and landing. There are no toiletries in the room. You need a key to open and close the door. The photo is taken from the hotel terrace.

The double bed room is a bit bigger. Although the soundproofing is not as good as the single room, it is relatively less annoying.
