Sanco Inn Iseshi-Ekimae Shikinoyu
"The location is excellent, making it very convenient to visit Ise Grand Shrine, and there are many restaurants with great quality. The public bath isn't huge, but the water in the tubs is nice and hot. I especially liked the shampoo and shower gel provided there."
Hotel Vison
"This is the second time I have stayed at VISON since the end of last year. Last year we stayed at HATAGO, but HONZO-SPA was very good and they have a new sauna, so we used the HOTEL on this trip. There is a bathroom on the terrace of the room, but we did not plan to use it. It gives you some privacy, but personally I would prefer a lower tree than the terrace to have a view. The hotel breakfast buffet was good enough and the overall impression was very good."
EN Hotel Ise
"Staff was very helpful and nice, also here our bags before and after our stay for us. Bathroom had some hairs left in it though..."
Toyoko Inn Iseshi Eki
"The service was good when I first entered the hotel, but after I got to my room, I tried to ask if there was free Wi-Fi on the phone in the room, but it didn't connect. I was confused, so I went down to the front desk, but they couldn't tell me why. After a while, I realized where to insert the card, and when I did, all the equipment in the room started working again. I wish I'd asked about that at the beginning. When I went to take a bath, there were hairs on the sink and on the floor that were clearly not my own. The room had a great view and was very nice."
Hotel Castle Inn Ise Meotoiwa
"Great location! Waking up in early morning and walked to Meiotoiwa power spot was such a fresh start of the day. Sea breeze and calm wave brought us a serene mind on our 2nd day of January. However, room was quite outdate but clean. I was surprised by thin wall that you can heard the person next room singing song when they’re showering lol. Breakfast line and space as well as private bath is quite limited. Better to arrive and early check in to pre book both BF time and private bath."

"It feels like an apartment converted into a hotel. The room was very spacious, enough for a one-year-old to run around, and there was only one small step, so it was generally very safe. The room also had a microwave, cutlery, dishes, and knives."
Hotel Castle Inn Ise
"Good hotel"
Comfort Hotel Era Ise
"Location is perfect and there are good food nearby. Value for money and the stuff is friendly and helpful"
FLYCAT INN Ise
"My mother and I stayed here together. The bed was small and the refrigerator in the room was tiny, but considering the location and price, we were very satisfied. The room was new and clean. We would definitely stay here again. If you have trouble entering your reservation number or name when checking in, you can inquire by phone."

Hotel Areaone Ise Inter
"The hotel is very close to JR Isuzuoka Station and the bus stop, making it convenient to catch the bus as long as you check the schedule. The breakfast was excellent, satisfying both Japanese and Western options. The hotel provided a wide range of amenities for convenience. During my two-night stay, I visited the Ise Grand Shrine's inner and outer shrines, the Ise Ninja Park, and the Futami Kogyoku Shrine's Momo-iwa (couple's rocks), thoroughly enjoying my visit. The hotel beds would be even better if they were 10-20 centimeters wider (it was too cramped for two people to turn over)."
Ise City Hotel
"Very basic business hotel, a short walk from the station. Easy access to Ise-Jingu, and quite a few restaurants and bars nearby."
NIPPONIA HOTEL ISEKAWASAKI MERCHANT TOWN
"The entire experience was extraordinary! Very authentic food, excellent omakase dinner and the accommodation was one of the best we have ever stayed in our trip to Japan."
Mizuhokan
"Overall it was okay, but please be aware that the room door did not close properly, there were uncomfortable toilets, and there were mosquitoes and fleas."
Ryoso Uminocho
"The room is clean and large. The sea view outside the window can be watched quietly for a long time."
Oishiya
"We stayed for two nights at Oishiya and had an amazing experience. The facilities are clean and beautiful and the staff is great. They are so welcoming and helpful and willing to do whatever it took to ensure that we had a great stay. Our room was beautiful and had a great view. We especially loved the tub inside the room. The breakfasts and dinners provided were also delicious and unlike any other meals we had in Japan during our trip. We would come back and stay at Oishiya again."
Hamachiyokan
"Very nice view. The staff were very friendly and helpful."
Nisshokan
"Couple was super friendly. Stay was very comfortable. Google translate helped break communication barriers :)"
Isegekusando Iseshinsen
"We stayed here to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday. They left a message in our room and even changed my 2-year-old niece's meal to a child's menu at the last minute, making it a very satisfying trip for everyone! We would love to stay here again when we visit Ise!"
Somin-No-Yu Hotel Seikai
"All good, great hotel for enjoying local attractions"
Hatago Vison
"This time it was the day before a public holiday, so we were able to get a great deal. For breakfast, we were able to choose the tempura kaiseki menu served at the freshly fried counter, which is limited to 10 people a day, and felt very luxurious from the morning. You can use the medicinal herbal bath as many times as you like with your room key, and they even offer soft serve ice cream when you take a morning bath. It was a wonderful stay, blessed with good weather."
Inishieno yado IKYU【Reopening in April, 2026】
"The facilities are new and clean, and the environment is quiet. The terrace has a private patio, but there is no bathroom next to it. It would be better if the service staff could introduce the facilities in more detail."
Saiou No Miya
"My husband and I stayed at Saio no Miya, which is close to the Inner Shrine, for a visit to Ise Grand Shrine. In previous years, we have made a day trip and visited the Outer Shrine, Tsukiyomi Shrine, Inner Shrine, Sarutahiko Shrine, and Tsukiyomi Shrine, but this time, due to physical exhaustion and to celebrate my birthday, we decided to stay overnight. We were greeted with a welcome gong, and at dinner we were surprised with a birthday cake and a commemorative photo. We were very grateful that they even made a calendar out of the photo when we left. I didn't think there was a large public bath, but we were told there was one at Sen no Yashiro, so we were able to soak in the hot springs, which was great. We also used the premium lounge, but as someone who doesn't drink alcohol, I would have appreciated some sweets like cookies or chocolate. I accidentally stepped on the curtain in the room and broke the hook on the curtain rail, but I was relieved that they kindly forgave me. I'm so sorry. Lastly, I would like to thank all the staff for their smiles and thoughtfulness. Thank you very much."
Koyoken
"The atmosphere was calm and very nice. I would like to use this hotel again if I have a business trip to Mie Prefecture."
Iwatokan
"Although we were late for check-in, they welcomed us warmly. When we checked out, they were concerned about how to get home and kindly told us the train times, which was very helpful! The ocean view from our room was beautiful."
