"Lovely hotel. Friendly, professional but unobtrusive service and a wonderful spa with indoor and outdoor heated pools & outdoor jacuzzi with an amazing view of mountains. Rooms are spacious and well equipped as you would expect in a 5* hotel but it was almost unbearably hot in the bathroom and bedroom. Fortunately the window and balcony door both opened and you can turn the handle vertically to keep them open but it can be noisy if overlooking the main street, which is lined with bars, clubs and other hotels. Restaurant had a wide selection of perfectly cooked food and the Sommelier was very knowledgeable about the very wide range of wines. Would recommend for a special holiday or the perfect base for a skiing trip in the area. "

"We were just there for food – and it was excellent! The hirshore formed off on the tongue, and the beef steak was incredibly soft and perfectly prepared. The restaurant was full so we had to wait a little, but that didn't disturb at all. The staff was first class – whether young or old, all were very polite and pre-eminent, despite the great excitement. A round successful evening – I can recommend this restaurant from heart! "I can highly recommend this wonderful hotel. Impeccable service throughout. Especially guest arrangements by Julia and concierge by Moritz. The rooms are large and stylish. Spotlessly clean. The dining facilities are superb. Wonderful breakfast both a la carte and buffet. Delicious food in the dining room. They organised everything for us, be it collection from the airport, ski instructor (Christian Pfeiffer is exceptional), ski passes and equipment. All simple and seamless. They also have a fantastic spa. Moritz booked wonderful restaurants for us each night. Great dining at the 5 star hotel next door. That was magnificent. Also Lucy Wang (sushi / Asian) and Prenner ranked as outstanding. And as I mentioned the hotel itself has excellent food and service. We could not recommend this hotel more highly."

"The outer side looks very good, but with 6 men in such a apartment is not very spacious, late with 8. moderate kitchen facilities: no sharp knife, little coat, no good big stick. But perhaps everyone goes out to dine... One bank for 6/8 people is tight, you want to sit a little bit. Sauna was especially in the middle of the room. Well, good after skiing. Beds are fine, bathroom too."
