Yakovlev` Hotel ★★
"We stayed at the hotel for one night, choosing it for its convenient location. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff was very helpful—not every hotel with a higher standard and price point greets its guests like this. They recommended places to visit, and we needed to print out our reservation (they also helped with that). We had an early checkout, so they offered us a takeaway breakfast. The downside: the tram is nearby, so it's noisy during the day, but we only stayed one night, so everything was fine."
IRKUTSK CITY CENTER by Eastland ★★★★
"The location is good; there are bus stops right outside and across the street (though communication is difficult and you don't need to take them). A taxi from the airport should cost around 600 rubles (don't let drivers quote a price or use the meter; they overcharged me over 2000 rubles on my first day!). When I first arrived, I felt it was quite unfair; from the front desk to the restaurant, not a single staff member was willing to help me get change. It was only thanks to a Chinese person in the lobby that I received assistance! Later, when I dined at the restaurant, they still gave me change! The hotel's cleanliness and room layout were quite good, but there was always only one set of toiletries. If you called the front desk, they would quickly bring more. Perhaps it's a difference in environmental awareness. The service was acceptable, and the breakfast was excellent!"
Gud Otel
Angara Hotel ★★★
"The hotel is dated and the facilities are somewhat outdated, but its excellent location in the city center is a major advantage. Attractions along the Angara River and the Central Market are within walking distance. There's a supermarket nearby, and numerous bus lines make transportation convenient. The return bus for the Angara Lake Railway Line A stops right in front of the hotel. English is spoken at the front desk."
Ibis Irkutsk Tsentr Hotel ★★★★
"The environment is good"
Vozdushnaya Gavan ★★
"I often stayed here 3-4 times a year,nearby airport, 7-10 minutes walk"
Good Hotel Mini-Hotel ★★
"For its price, a very good hotel"
Katrin Hostel ★★
"Traveling solo from China to Siberia, my short two-to-three-day stay with the hosts in Irkutsk was the warmest, most unexpected highlight of my entire trip. The host couple and their friends were incredibly genuine and friendly. Despite the language barrier, we communicated patiently using translation software, and there was absolutely no sense of distance. The accommodation was clean and warm, fully equipped with kitchenware and toiletries, offering an immersive experience of local daily life. The hosts proactively shared sightseeing routes for Lake Baikal, explained Siberian customs, and even gave me local specialty gifts. Their family warmly invited me to eat and chat with them, allowing me to genuinely experience the gentle warmth of ordinary Russian people. As my departure approached, I was very reluctant to leave. This homestay experience bypassed the typical tourist routines and allowed me to forge pure and sincere cross-cultural friendships. I highly recommend this local guesthouse to solo travelers; the value for money and overall experience far exceed that of a hotel."
Apartment House Listratova ★★
"The location isn't far from the 130 Food Street, but it feels a bit out of the way. The sign said "renovated in 2022," so I thought it would be very new, but it seems only a small part was renovated. The price of 500 seems unreasonable."

Lazurny Bereg Hotel
"Drinking water is not given in the room, tea is only green or carcade (red)without sugar.. Black tea was not available, slippers and toothbrushes were brought sometimes, we stopped for 12 days, breakfast was expensive, insulation in the room was terrible, neighbors heard, even if anyone was chewing.. And we were forced to pay 5,000 rubles for allegedly from our room in the shower water flowed into the room on the floor below, but then the price decreased and we paid 2,500 rubles, ,"
Hotel Rodina Grand Hotel & Spa Irkutsk
"High-quality, delicious food, a magnificent, well-thought-out modern interior. I understand that the headline about this new hotel may sound overly enthusiastic and reminiscent of advertising :) But you need to imagine the exactingness of the author of this review. 1. The reception team will not only accommodate you upon check-in, but will also take care of you throughout your stay, along with other hotel staff. 2. Breakfasts: fresh products, always local fish, herbs, vegetables, and fruit. 3. Beds: magnificent mattresses, pillows, including fillings with aromatic herbs of your choice. 4. The bathroom - it is worth noting the impeccable cleanliness, which is extremely rare. Dyson hairdryers and large, beautiful two-tiered drawers filled with everything you might need. 5. The waiters in the main restaurant are beautiful, neat, polite, and can explain all the dishes in detail. 6. The spa complex is excellent. We spent the evening with the whole family. A Finnish sauna, hammam, and a large swimming pool are freely accessible to hotel guests. I was delighted with the modern locker room. 7. The rooms' interiors are elegant and high-tech. The exercise machines, speakers, lighting, and heating are all state-of-the-art. Even the emerald velvet curtains didn't escape my attention – everything is of the highest quality. In summary, I'd like to note the tremendous work and considerable investment. Having stayed in many places, I can confidently say that this is the best hotel I've ever been to, and I hope to return. P.S. This hotel takes care of you."
Silk Road Boutique-Hotel
"I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in September 2025 and was very pleased. The location is very convenient, in the city center. Early check-in and late check-out are available, which I took advantage of. The receptionist was very polite and immediately helped me connect to the internet. The entire hotel staff was friendly and always ready to help. My room was a standard 2-bed room. Both the room and the hotel were impeccably clean. Housekeeping is daily. The room has comfortable beds, clean linens, a safe, TV, iron, ironing board, kettle, tea, coffee, and water. The bathroom is clean, with hot water, robes, and branded toiletries. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. I definitely recommend it!!!"
Pushkin Hotel
"The hotel and service were very enjoyable from the recipes to the breakfast in the room. The cozy rooms, designers managed to combine classic, elegant with the literary and historical retro style inspired by Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin. The mirrors were particularly impressed from the ceiling to the floor. Interesting design in the corridors. The overall atmosphere is intelligent, warm, a little old, but without excessive pompousness. Everything in the hotel is filled with the atmosphere of Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin, in the elevator read his poems, in the rooms is a book of poems and even chocolate hand-work with his image. Thank you for the chic breakfasts! ❤️"
History Boutique Hotel & Spa
"Facilities: New Sanitation: Clean Environment: Facing the street, a little noisy Service: Excellent"
Hotel Amurskiy
"I highly recommend it. It's just right."
Irkutskyi Kedr
"As always, super👍"
130 Hotel
"The hotel is centrally located. Early check-in was a plus, and I'm very grateful for that. I arrived in the morning and was checked in right away. My flight was late in the evening. I didn't spend the night, but I can say the noise level is high. If I had, it would have been hard to sleep. It's a shame there weren't any bottles of water in the room."
Hotel Irkut
"A small, clean, and cozy hotel close to the sights, with a cafeteria across the street. You won't go hungry."
Hotel Rus
"Located in the city center but very quiet, there is no air conditioning, the hot water is unreliable, and breakfast is replenished very slowly."
Nuur
"The people eating breakfast downstairs were incredibly ill-mannered. And the restaurant staff had a bad attitude."
Kupechesky Dvor
"The hotel doesn't live up to its 4-star rating. Poor breakfasts are practically at the reception desk (it's very crowded), the waiters are slow, and there's no receptionist at the hotel in the evenings. The carpet in the room is dirty. Very disappointing."
Usadba 50 Mini-Hotel
"Clean, quiet, and in a good location in the city center. The only downsides are poor internet and no air conditioning in the room."
Hotel Zvezda
"Service pretty nice with warm hospitality. A signature Chinese restaurant located at the first floor featuring Peking duck. Good location from the airport, just 4-5 mins by taxi."
