Long registration upon collecting key. Upon reaching there, no one to assist us. We have to find out from the security guard and get the contact number of the owner from a banner. We do asked for a late checkout but it was rejected strictly from the owner by assuring us the cleanliness of the room is better than hotel. Once reached the room, it was very disappointing as the whole unit is a mess with uncleaned condition. Upon getting the key, we have waited more than 30mins and owner requested to wait longer for them to clean the room. We left the unit with disappointment and booking a proper hotel room to stay.
