Very near to town centre and easy to hitch Grab.
Checking in and out processes are very simple and easy without need for customer service

The rooms at this apartment, Horizon Ipoh, are incredibly unclean. 😢😢 As soon as I entered, I smelled a foul odor from the toilet.😢😢
There were tons of ants on the floor.😢😢
The towels used as foot cloths were incredibly dirty.😢😢😨
Unwashed towels were left in the room for guests to use.🥲🥲

I am not sure if it’s because the online customer service doesn’t speak very well English, but I felt they were a bit rude.
Very good location, beddings didn’t even wash, a lot of hair under the blankets.

Nice and clean maintenance. Only 1 car park lot available. Others need to park far away with proper parking lot or prepare for summon by town council.

2 rooms, 4 pax, 1 toilet. Toothbrush, toothpaste not provided, bring your own. Shampoo provided feels the same as the body wash which ends up leaving the hair extra dry. Bring your own toiletries if you’re staying here! Location wise is good, easy to get a grab around. There’s a nearby ecosave that you can get water and snacks from. It’s also the only building that stands out at its location, being at a height of 20+ stories? Attached the view from the apartment! Very easy to contact the owner and easy to find the mailbox to get the key cards out. Didn’t explore the facilities like the swimming pool etc cos no time. Wouldn’t mind staying there again!
