"We absolutely loved staying at Liostasi and would come back in a heartbeat! The view and sunsets were unreal and the staff was so kind and helpful! We also did the cooking class with the owner and it was so fun! The food was so delicious! We also loved how easy it was to get to and from the ferry as well as walking into the village. We did go during the quiet season, so it was not a party town, which was really nice!"

"We spent 8 relaxing days in a Deluxe Studio. The room is stylish, spacious, tastefully furnished and practical (for example, plenty of space to store clothes, good reading lamps, a very comfortable mattress and a large TV with a cosy sofa). The Deluxe Studios are located at the rear of the complex, so if you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is the perfect spot. The Yialos Ios Hotel is centrally located, and the entire complex is maintained and looked after by the owner family with great attention to detail. Breakfast includes a variety of homemade cakes and other delicacies. When we wanted to explore the island, Dimitris gave us great tips on excursions, beaches and top restaurants. The hotel and its friendly hosts come highly recommended!"

"The moment you arrive you are greeted with friendly, helpful staff. The room was a delight and we felt so comfortable that we hardly ventured out as the room service was excellent. The outside sunbathing area was perfect and the pool was kept very clean every day. The manager is extremely pleasant and generally around to assist with any questions. We definitely would recommend and hope to return in the near future."

"We had the most wonderful stay at Brothers Hotel, Niki and Lisa were incredibly friendly and the most hospitable hosts. Niki offered to pick us up from the ferry port and drop us off out of pure kindness and made our arrival easy and stress free. Niki offered great advice and information about Ios and took the time to sit with us and help us plan our stay including transport options. Lisa was so welcoming and kind, always open for a chat or ask how you’re doing. Our room was spotless clean and everything worked as it should, the shower was lovely and there was ample space for luggage. The hotel itself boasts a fantastic and clean pool with comfy loungers. Breakfast was just right, there was plenty of choice and the quality of food was great. The location is perfect, a comfortable 10minute walk to Paralia Gialos beach which has a mini market/bakery/bars/restaurants and a further 5minute walk into the port town which has the bus station as well as good shops/restaurants/coffee/bakery. This is an all rounder place to stay: great comfortability, great cleanliness, great location, great food and the most amazing hosts! The kindness and hospitality shown to us has been second to none and we are already planning on going back like the many other guests who come back year after year. This stay has been memorable as the kindness shown has left a lasting impression. If you stay here, you will not go wrong."

"I wanted to stay at calilo but the days I was going it was completely booked so came here. It was still a beautiful escape very friendly staff. Same owner as calilo so a lot of similarities. Panos and David went above and beyond to make my stay there memorable. Best service and a passion for what they do. Also have to thank the hotel and the driver I forget his name because I missed my ferry and they went above and beyond to get me to my destination ended up having to book a private boat to Santorini but they made all the arrangements for me and allowed me to stay at the hotel even after I checked out waiting for my boat. Thank you very memorable visit "

"Excellent structure located just 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Mylopotas.We were very good and despite an initial misunderstanding with our booking the problem was solved with great gentleness and we went too better with the room that was really beautiful.Unpaid cleaning and beautiful swing pool with sea view.Thanks again to Antonio for the treatment he reserved for us."

"The gardens and views are lovely and the only good things. Rooms are VERY basic, microwave hanging off the wall and control panel not even attached. Room for 4 people but only equipped for 3. Theres no comfortable chairs for the balcony. The shower is full of black mold, shower rail hanging down off the wall, mattresses are old and hard. The place wasn't cleaned once during our 2 week stay, beside fresh towel about twice. Would not recommend this place to stay. There's cheap and then there's this place."

"Hotel was okay but the female staff member with brown hair was incredibly rude. My friend and I had gone to get some groceries and left them in our bag while we got in the pool. She went out of her way to look inside our bag (which is very rude) and started shouting at us across the pool that we aren’t allowed to eat at the pool. We weren’t eating we had just left our groceries in there. She proceeded to shout at us for about 15 minutes nonstop calling us impolite and saying she will ban us from the pool, we weren’t even being rude we politely responded saying we’d put the bag away but she would not stop shouting. She was very grumpy and continued to have an attitude with us for the rest of our stay. Other girls staying at the hotel told us they had the same experience with this very rude and grumpy staff member"
