"I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed my overall experience. The single room with a private bathroom was surprisingly spacious, very clean, tidy, and most importantly extremely comfortable. One of my favorite features was definitely the shower — the water pressure was incredibly strong and refreshing after a long day. I also absolutely loved the smart toilet, which added a very modern and luxurious touch to the room. The reception staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The check-in and check-out process was also very smooth and efficient, which made everything even more convenient. I especially appreciate the hotel for accommodating my request for a lower-floor room. Since I was traveling with a very large suitcase, being assigned a room on the second floor saved me from the trouble of carrying it up to the higher levels. Thank you for being so thoughtful and considerate. Hotel’s location is another huge advantage. It is situated right in the city center, making it very convenient to get around. The surrounding streets are lively without being too noisy, which made me feel safer as a solo female traveler. There are also plenty of food options and convenience stores within walking distance, so finding something to eat was never a problem. This hotel is definitely a hidden gem. I do, however, have a few small suggestions for improvement. Only one set of towels was provided, which was slightly inconvenient for guests staying multiple nights. It became a little troublesome having to contact the reception every day to request fresh towels. I also hope the hotel can consider adding more in-room amenities, such as a kettle, so guests who do not carry their own water bottles would not need to keep going downstairs to refill water from the dispenser. Additionally, having a pen and some paper in the room would be a nice and useful touch. Overall, I genuinely feel that the room was well worth the price, and I would rate my stay 4.5/5. I would definitely return again in the future and highly recommend this hotel to others. Keep up the great work!"

GGuest UserStayed for two nights. Had some issue with our hotel room key. The staff were very proactive trying to resolve the issue, but it was only till the 2nd day of our stay that was resolved. There was no compensation for the incovenience caused as we only had 1 phisical key for 4 ppl. Having said that, the rest of the service was very nice, would be happy to go back again.

GGuest UserA hip and trendy boutique hotel with great service — the staff are attentive and friendly. The property has a lovely library and a community kitchen, which adds a warm, social touch. Since the hotel is very popular, it was fully booked when I stayed around New Year. Breakfast was separated into hour‑long time slots, and I chose the 9–10 a.m. slot — apparently the most popular one. The breakfast itself was nice, but unfortunately, the dining area was extremely crowded, and I couldn’t get a seat during my designated time. The queue was long, so I ended up taking a takeaway box and eating in my room, without any beverage. Although the space was packed, guests were generally polite and respectful — no pushing or food hoarding, which I truly appreciated. Still, the hotel should really consider expanding or reorganising the breakfast area, as the current setup feels quite inefficient.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay at this family friendly hotel. The room was a bit smaller than expected but had all the amenities we could wish for. We enjoyed a separate room for our preschool aged children. The hotel provided an ice cream bar, drinks including beer and juice, late night snacks and of course breakfast. The kids enjoyed the traffic playground a 5 min walk from the hotel.

JJoshua_changThe hotel lobby appeared to be undergoing renovations. The elevator was making strange noises due to a malfunction and wasn't even shut down, which was quite unsettling. The facilities were a major letdown. Considering this hotel is already one of the pricier options in Guanzi Ridge, the quality really shouldn't be this low. However, the room itself was truly impeccable. It boasted large floor-to-ceiling windows, and both the hot spring water and the shower heated up quickly. Overall, it was quite good. Breakfast was the most pleasant part of my stay. Dining amidst the forest was a fantastic experience.

小小玉菜An absolutely fantastic experience! The accommodation was superb. They offer complimentary drinks and snacks on the ground floor. Every staff member was incredibly friendly! Breakfast was decent. The price was very affordable, offering excellent value for money! I would definitely return. They also have a designated parking lot, and it's free!

DDanmeiWhen we arrived, it was already late and there was no parking space (first come, first served). The service staff kindly introduced where to find self-pay parking lots nearby. Although it is an old hotel, the bathroom has been renovated, neatly clean, and not moldy. The only possibility is that it is air-conditioned. It is old and smelly and cannot adjust the wind direction. The sound is very loud. It blows directly on people's heads when sleeping, which is very uncomfortable. The price on Saturday is very good and cheap. There is nothing else to fault.

GGuest UserYou get what you paid for. 16 minutes walk from the train station. Got a room without window so it's a little stuffy. The aircond temperature is centralized so you can only control to have stronger or weaker blast. The toilet ceiling is quite low so basically our head could almost reach the top. Made it feel a little small in space. But otherwise the room is fine.
