Because it was a three-person stay, the big bed room was replaced by a twin room after arriving at the store. The room was very satisfied. It is said to be a homestay. The room was clean and spacious, the layout was reasonable, the facilities were complete and brand new, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the toiletries are of good quality, and the hot water supply is stable.
The location is excellent, the surrounding transportation is convenient, next time I travel, I still prefer this hotel!

SSharonWe were delighted to have found and stayed at this property. Minzhushanfang is a very new bed-and-breakfast accommodation with a minimalist, calming, zen-style architecture befitting of the Wuyishan area. The rooms are similarly designed along the same minimalist, zen concept and are true to the property photos published on the booking platform. We deliberately chose an accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of town and so, found the location of Mingzhushanfang excellent. Located directly across from the entrance of the Wuyishan scenic area, it was very convenient accessing the park while being peaceful and tranquil. Do note that with its location being away from town centre, dining options at or near the property aren't many, so having dinner near town, prior to heading back to the hotel at night is strongly recommended.
The room we booked has a peaceful stream view, and looks remotely across towards the Dawangfeng peak. Room and facilities are very clean. While it seems smoking is not prohibited in the rooms, we were very thankful we had no issues whatsoever with residual smoke odour.
The owners of this property, who are also tea growers and manufacturers, were extremely hospitable. We were always welcomed for candid tea tastings and conversation at the lobby area, They even went out of their way to help us when we got abit lost in town! Their breakfast made by their Ah Yi is wholesome and amazing - with a lot of farm-to-table ingredients freshly harvested from their own vegetable patch. I would love to go back to visit Wuyishan again and will not hestiate to stay at Minzhushanfang again.

QQijiademidoudouThe housekeeper helped us upgrade the room. The room is very large, with a tatami area for making tea and having afternoon tea, and a balcony. The balcony looks out to the back garden of the homestay, a Chongxi Mandao where you can ride a bike, which is very suitable for taking your dog for a stroll!
Facilities: All items in the room are free to use, including tea bags, handmade biscuits, Wuyishan spring water, cola sparkling water, welcome fruits, coffee. I drove all the time and didn't eat at noon. I was full after eating and drinking in the room. Hahaha.
Hygiene: Even people with mysophobia think it is very clean. There is no dust on the tatami, and you can lie down freely. The same is true for bath towels and towels, and the bed quilts.
Environment: There is an underground parking lot for self-driving parking. There are many places to eat nearby, and you can also order takeout. There is a place to walk the dog outside the homestay, and the scenery is also good.
Service: The ladies are all very good. I just hope that if the dog cannot enter the restaurant in the future, I can inform you in advance, and there will be a solution, such as eating breakfast outdoors or delivering breakfast to the room. When we went downstairs for breakfast, we were told that ”pets are not allowed into the restaurant and we cannot sit outdoors.” It was very embarrassing at the time, but luckily there was a place around a fireplace outside the back of the restaurant, so we cooked and ate there.

The location is very convenient. It is in the Sangu Resort area and there are many restaurants nearby. It is about ten minutes' walk to Impression Dahongpao.
The hotel facilities are relatively new, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows and a great view. Be sure to go to the top-floor observation deck to take photos. The only drawback is that the air conditioner is noisy. The TV happened to be broken during our stay for a few days. Fortunately, it can cast the screen.
The waiters are responsive to requests and can communicate directly through WeChat, which is more convenient. They will also recommend some food, travel routes, etc. as reference.

LL-1109It’s really a treasure house. I used to live in Sanguhe Commercial District many times. This time I lived on the river side and was awakened by birds. The boss was very enthusiastic. Not the simple kind of ins aluminum alloy sun room now, the elderly friends who came together like it very much.
In addition, the location is very good, just under the Dawangfeng, walk into Wuyi Palace for 15 minutes, go to stop, or Wuyi Palace Station to various places are very close, the small seven restaurant on the side is also good, I feel that Wuyi Mountain is more considerate and meticulous than before after three years, and it is worth the money. For independent traveller, the lodging is merely a 10mins walk to the magnificent ＜Impression＞ night show (which is a must), 5mins walk to the public bus stop which is only 2 stops away from the Wuyishan National Park South entrance and tram station, 3mins walk to the riverbank which the view is absolutely magnificent and not to miss.
The property is sparkling new. Tastefully decorated with well adequate amenities.
Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Owners were extremely friendly and offered free tea tasting. A definite recommendation for local and international travellers.

MMaja VA great place! The owner is very kind and helpful, the room is clean and has a nice terrace to enjoy, when the weather is not too hot. The food is also amazing. When we arrived we first ate lunch and had this bamboo broth that was delicious. Also the way the welcome children is very heartwarming. They had a lot of toys they shared with our two boys and it was great when we came back in the evening and we wanted to relax a bit, the boys could play there. One evening the owner daughters had a birthday and they even shared the cake with them. Really so toughtful and nice!
We chose this hotel also for it's location. Because we arrived in the afternoon, we still wanted to check some attractions and it was really perfect that the hotel is within and walking distance to bamboo rafting. When we were there the last ride was scheduled for 15:40, so we managed to have lunch and still came on time for the raft ride.
Definitely a very good place to stay if you are in Wuyishan area.
