"1. The hotel was newly opened in 2019. It is about 19 kilometers away from Istanbul New Airport, 20 minutes by taxi, and less than 300 lire.
2. Because the location of the new Istanbul Airport is relatively remote, the location of this hotel is not very good, but the environment is natural, mainly close to the airport.
3. The hotel has a restaurant, but the food is not rich and the price is not low. The lamb chops mentioned in the previous review are not available here (I was ****** in by the lamb chops). There are no places to eat or visit around, just in the village.
4. The hotel has an airport pick-up service, which is quite pricey and costs 35 euros one way.
5. The hotel price is not low and the rooms are acceptable. There are hot water bottles, slippers, and toothless kits.
If you are simply looking for a reliable transit hotel near the airport, you can choose this.
If it is for traveling and enjoying the process, it is not worth recommending."

"Overall, it's good. A beautiful hotel with an excellent gym and fantastic breakfasts! On the less pleasant side: there's a large deposit of $100 per day, so if you're staying for a week, be prepared to put down almost a thousand dollars 🤡. Also, the staff was a bit unresponsive. I booked the hotel in advance and requested a high-floor room, but I was given a room on the first floor directly opposite the hotel entrance. They initially refused to change it, saying the hotel was fully booked. (But they did eventually move me to a higher floor with a balcony.) I also couldn't figure out the water temperature in the tap; it was either cold or hot. Overall, the hotel doesn't look new, and there are defects, especially in the bathroom and toilet."

"The hotel is truly wonderful. It's both luxurious and the rooms were very clean, with very comfortable beds. We absolutely loved it. The staff at the reception and throughout the hotel were incredibly attentive and helpful. We had two rooms arranged as a family suite, which were prepared especially for us. We didn’t experience any issues and were very satisfied with our stay."

Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul is regarded as the city’s high-profile meetings and congresses, weddings and social events venue that creates memories to remember for a lifetime.Beyond the spa facilities, a favourite is the infinity outdoor pool that offers guests the feeling of floating on the Bosphorus.Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen International Airport is 40 km away and Istanbul Airport is 33 km away.
"Overall a very good hotel. Most impressed by its outstanding service and good food. Stayed in the Yildiz room which faces the street but was very well sound insulated so it is very quiet and peaceful. It was also very well light insulated and perfect for sleeping in. A point to note, there is the actual Ciragan Palace and the new annexe which houses the actual hotel with its rooms, restaurants and facilities. The actual Ciragan Palace houses only about 10 top suites and is used mostly as its meetings and events venue. It is lovely to be able to walk around the Palace and stroll along the Bosphorus on Palace's promenade."
