Incheon (Coastal Pier) Iris Reviews

Sadly I can’t say a lot because they were quite unresponsive to my request for a refund or change since my flight was delayed…. Guys we can’t control flights and some flights still don’t have proper wifi for me to text you in advance 😭😭

We stayed 3 nights at the Iris at Incheon. The service at this motel was great with the manager being very helpful. The facilities however are very average and there was some smells in the bathroom. As far as value for money goes though it was fine.

Recommended for travel with tight budget near at airport

In order to depart for Baeknyeongdo by morning boat, I stayed here relatively close to the coastal passenger terminal the day before. Unlike the exterior, the interior smelled like stale nicotine, and I couldn't sleep because of the stale nicotine smell. Such unclean accommodations should be improved immediately to improve the image of Clean Korea.

Clean room, fully equipped. Location is quite easy to find, not too far from the bus station. Staff is also very friendly, although they don't communicate much in English. The downside is that the only public transportation nearby is buses. It takes about 1.5 hours to get to Incheon International Airport by bus.

I have never seen a worse room. It took me 50 minutes to get there from the airport by taxi. There was no light or air conditioning in the room. I had to use the flashlight in my phone because the flashlight in the room (and there was one like that on the wall in the room) had no battery 🙈. The linen and towels were washed out and old... The location is terrible! The staff is terrible, like the administrator is trying to say something through a small window, but a dog is barking in her office and you can't hear anything. I threw the key to the room, waved my hand to the side (where to go) and closed this window. Horrible!!! Not a single plus!!!
