"Except the staff at the kitchen everybody else is extremely rude . The surprising thing is that Belguim manager who pretends to be professional , yet he has no manners or respect for his guest or the Moroccan culture . I’m urging the boss to do something and find himself a better supervisor because that guy has made our trip very bitter . We came late after 7 hours of driving , they were gathering smoking **** and igniting the fact that we arrived , a young g man came with an attitude and rudely say “ is this a time for checkin in “ now I am asking is this the way you speak to dear clients ? The city has so many amazing hotels just don’t stay here and don’t ruin your trip"

Beyond refusing us entry upon our arrival on a stormy night, the host was extremely aggressive and disrespectful; the only solution offered was to extract double the money from us. Beyond the so-called "rules" to follow, there is absolutely no professionalism on the part of the owner. Avoid this place; it's a disguised scam. There are plenty of other honest establishments in Imsouane."
