"The breakfast staff is very rude and they acted like they really did not wanted to work, when we asked for another cup of cappuccino they seemed irritated. The hotel is clean and the staff in the restaurant is very energetic. Parking garage is a little dark so if you are there alone it is not safe. The restaurant has a great variety of food."

"Initially, I was skeptical when I booked the hotel online, as the photos did not accurately reflect the reality in person. However, upon checking in, I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and engagement of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the parking was ample and accommodating for all guests. Overall, this has been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. One suggestion I would offer to management is to update the photos online, as they do not do justice to the quality and experience the hotel provides."

Smart Hotel Autodromo

"Just to be clear, this review is only related to my experience, namely staying at the Smart Hotel Autodromo (aka Hotel Rivazza) during the Imola F1 Grand Prix. For that purpose, the hotel was OUTSTANDING, primarily due to its AMAZING location. It's located right at the Rivazza turn (hence its original name Hotel Rivazza), so guests can watch the races from the hotel balcony or from the hotel garden, both of which offer fantastic views. More importantly, the location of the hotel meant that we parked our car in the hotel parking on Thursday evening and didn't touch it until Monday morning after the race. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday we went everywhere on foot: to the racing events, to the various happenings at the track, and to the beautiful city of Imola for dinner (at one of the many excellent restaurants). The hotel itself is modest but very well organized, very clean, and with good Wi-Fi. It was quite expensive during this race weekend, but in my opinion it was well worth the money: it offered a unique and unforgettable experience. My only request: I wish the hotel had arranged a special viewing area in its garden that would have been exclusive to hotel guests. We paid A LOT of money for our room, and it would have been nice to have a chair to sit in in the hotel garden."
