To add to this, there is mold in the showers and the balcony is disgustingly dirty. There is also no toiletries, bathrobe, safe, and basically none of the things that are promised to be provided are not. I can’t stress enough, DO NOT STAY HERE!"

The attention to detail in the rooms and dining spaces is so colorful and ornate. We drove in at about 5 pm in the clouds and awoke to the stunning views of the mountains. Our room was clean and warm, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to welcome us, and they took care of every detail to make our stay comfortable. The dinners and breakfasts we had were some of the best in Morrocco. The views from the rooftop are also spectacular. The owner arranged a three-hour guided hike through a mountain trail, which we found to be amazing. We highly recommend this place, and we suggest staying a while to take full advantage of the surroundings. "

"This hotel is located right beside the waterfall & right in town, but on the quieter side. There are many stairs to access the hotel and the upstairs rooms. Our room was fantastic. It was on the second floor with an amazing balcony & a great view. It was cozily decorated & very comfortable. Great access to hiking. In the summer the pool must be a great treat. It looked beautiful. Delicious tagine dinner in the hotel our first night. The staff were very gracious and helpful."
