"The hotel is located in a serene area of Ikeja Lagos and is very accessible to public transport. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well cleaned and tidied. The food is a Chinese buffet type which is good. We paid for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only slight downside is that there aren't many food options to choose from especially at the breakfast, there wasn't coffee nor tea except green tea. There was neither a complementary tea or coffee in the room until we requested for it but came without any milk which is another downside. Amongst other positives, the hotel arranged for and paid for our transport back to the airport. The driver came early and waited for us as well so that we were not late for our flight. This is a 5 Star gesture especially for customers who are not living locally. Overall, I'll rate the hotel service 4.5 ⭐ out of 5. We'll definitely use their services again when next we're visiting Lagos."

The front desk service was excellent, and the food was delicious and exquisite, prepared by a Chinese chef. The environment is beautiful, and the location is fantastic, making it easy to get around. Second time I checked in,room fine and safe working but asked for a room move due to not feeling OK in the room Second rooms Che ked into.no safe working. Maintenance brought another safe,bu could not install it because they could not remove the broken one Kept my personal belongings in my suitcase Long story short 1,000 us dollars was taken from my room Today being almost 72 hours later still waiting for answers No safekeeping facilities at reception, no cctv coverage as I asked for PLEASE Avoid ACTUAL PROPERTY Pool tiles broke off in the pool Rooms needs renovations Breakfast poor Overall staff needs training and the gmmust sit up urgently The guest service,personal safety and security of guests are pooor"

"Me and my sister spend 11 days in this hotel. Very friendly staff. Good service and the manager try to make his guest feel comfortable. 24/7 Air-condition and electricity. Very close to all you want. The only thing I don't like is the bedspread. Lots of stains in it. They need to be replaced and the bathroom needs maintainace and every corner of the room need to be cleaned. The estate is very friendly I recommend it."

"The place is beautiful but I didn’t sleep all night because the room had highly air conditioned on 6*degrees cold and no warm blankets I turned off all lights using key card but the room was still very cold I got too sick and cold but I didn’t want to complain I just walked away other than that the place is beautiful and friendly staff"

"I went in to this hotel upon strong recommendation from a friend, I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in. I stayed in the Royal Suite which was everything I expected and more. The staff were very friendly, professional and courteous. The entire hotel is very clean, the rooms nicely appointed and the decor very fitting. The gym met my workout needs. The breakfast options are somewhat limited, but one could always find something to eat from the buffet. The restaurant serves very good food for lunch and dinner, my guests and I enjoyed all the food we ordered. The TV channels definitely need to be clearer and finally the hotel needs to do away with the cheap toilet papers in the toilets/bathrooms. These are the reasons for not getting 5 points. I will definitely return to the hotel anytime I am back in Lagos"
