Excellent hotel, wonderful service

Fab location to visit Iasi City. Good facilities, comfy bed and a good range for breakfast

The best location is right next to the Yaxi Cultural Palace. There is a shopping mall next to it, which is convenient for eating and shopping. There is also Auchan. The environment and service are first-class, but the room is small.

The location of this hotel makes it one of the best places to stay. The staff are very polite, nothing was too much for anyone. When we return we will book here again. The room was comfortable and had everything you need. The view and the decor was not the best but it was quite fine as we don’t spend too much time in the room. We were able to pay extra and stay later on our departure day to shower and relax before our flight. The mini bar was well stocked which was nice if someone wants something from there, lovely big shower, air conditioning. Thanks for a lovely stay

This is quite an ordinary but good hotel in city centre. Rooms are quiet, reception is fine. House keeping damaged my IPhone charger cable - but reception fixed a new one to me, thanks! Breakfast is buffet style and with many choices. The hotel has several meeting and conference rooms.

Great place and location, great staff and a very good breakfast. I'll come back and of course I will recommend it to all my friends.

The hotel is centrally located, the main sightseeings are walking distance. The main mall of the city is literally next door, the pedastrian street with number of restaurants is 3 minutes on foot. The hotel staff is supportive. Breakfast is fine, staff in the canteen is exceptional nice. The rooms are clean, highly recommended as for business as for a family stay.

Central location, next to Palace of Culture and Palas Mall, yet no traffic noise since it’s not overlooking the street. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, the bathrooms have all amenities needed. The staff is very discreet and helpful. The food also very good at the ground floor restaurant. Very good accomodation choice for Iasi

I had a fantastic, albeit short, stay here! From the moment we arrived everything was immaculate and welcoming. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean and equipped with everything we needed, making us feel at home. The breakfast was a real highlight – delicious and with so many options to suit all tastes, we never left the table hungry! The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were unfailingly friendly, attentive and ready to help with any requests, which was especially appreciated during these challenging times. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Their warmth and dedication was a real asset to the hotel. We left feeling refreshed and well looked after. I would wholeheartedly recommend a stay here!

Shameful. A takeaway coffee costs almost 4 euros for 4-night hotel guests. Coffee from a breakfast machine. Be careful with the hotel. This is not the way the Ramada chain treats its customers. Mistreated. Shame. The breakfast service was not good either. They don't open at 7am and that's what they say and indicate. Stean and the waitresses drink coffee calmly and when they finish they open, even though they say there was a rush, they didn't do it at 7am but at 7.20am.
