The view was absolutely stunning, I stayed building No.5 for 3nights. The snorkeling spot was near my room. However the hotel was working on the maintenance to renew few rooms in building No. 5 5124 so it was extremely loud. So I had to called the reception to switch room and we moved to further down room 5135. To be honest, I prefer to stay in a room with updated facilities like those Europeans, but it seems the hotel really wants to put all Chinese together in No.5 I don't know why. In the end of day, we paid same amount of money to stay with this hotel, I hope next time the hotel can arrange me in a building with updated facilities instead of a loud and far room. Apart from that, most things are pleasant.

I love the view of the hotel šŸ„¹ so much incredible ! We get upgraded by the staff thankyou so much ( due to no empty rooms) And get 30min free massage , itā€™s amazing !! It worth to extend šŸ„° Food taste normal , but you must try Kebab nearby lobby ! Please stay one night at least if you were here

1. Food Everyday they offers same food with the same ingredients. Low quality food but even it's not tasty. Also I feel sick after having dinner. 2. Racist Most of employees are racists especially to Asian people. They are proud to be racists. 3. Facility - Key is not working frequently. - Rooms are not clean but architectures look nice. 4. Room assign - They will give you different room from what you actually make reservation. Especially if you are Asian, it's for sure.

This is the best resort in hurgada. It's worth coming to hurgada to visit here. Not only the facilities here, but the service here is really great. In particular, Mohammed Ahmed's kindness and the way he serves guests are equal to those of the best managers in the world. I hope you feel this joy when you see this review

Itā€™s a very nice stay, the hotel room is clean and big enough for three person (we had a extra bed). The food in all the restaurants are excellent, we particularly love the Italian restaurant, with steaks and pasta. Staffs are kind and friendly. Highly recommend.

Actually everything was amazing The heated pool was very nice There was not varieties in food but most of it was with nice taste Very long walking space but there is shuttles available every 15 minutes Highly recomemded

Perfect hotel in every thing , early check-in and free upgrade to marina room , friendly and professional stuff in every department ,the most clean hotel I had ever seen. You can't get better view than Pickalbatros Citadel ever. I met a serious problem in check in after the cheerful welcoming form every one of stuff. The problem was that my reservation rate from trip.com was not for Egyptian people and I have to pay a difference fees to the hotel about 15 USD, Mr. Mahmoud and Mr. Mohamed Rashed from the reservation team told me that issue and asked me to contact with the customer support team of trip.com . Once I contacted trip.com customer support team they solved the problem in only 5 mins and covered the difference for me. I payed the hotel and trip.com compensate them for me. Thank trip.com & Pickalbatros Citadel. I will come again for sure, and my next reservations will be by trip.com as a trusted site.

The resort is very good with a nice view of Red Sea. It is a very large resort and has many restaurants to choose from. The room is very calm and has shuttle to go between room and main building. We can have all 3 meals included and even can have happy hour time. We can walk along the resort to enjoy a nice and relaxing time in Red Sea.

If you were an asian, avoid this hotel at all costs. I have booked for three nights. My aircon was out of order so I tried to call the receptionist for assistance. A guy called Mohamed Ahmed took the call and said they would send someone to check. After half an hour, no one was coming. The aircon was basically heating so I feel so dizzy especially under summer heat. I called again and requested to change the room. Mohamed Ahmed picked up the call and yelled at me: I have told you already I am sending someone. Do you want to change the room?Yeah? We have some rooms in building 8 which (which is the farthest building). I was so angry being yelled at I went immediately to the reception. This guy then pretended that he does not understand my accent and mocked at me.This is defo racist and I will file formal complaint.

An overall bad experience. Despite the superb facilities and comprehensiveness of the hotel (private beaches, a variety of food buffets, etc.), the service was absolutely terrible. As I stayed 2 nights more than my friend did in the same room, they wanted to keep my friend's passport at the reception to prevent my friend from just free riding all the services in the hotel. Let's say this is reasonable; however, they were so insecure that they need to watch my see my friend's uber to arrive at the hotel lobby before they could finally return her passport, and they said even if my friend just stayed at the hotel lobby overtime (without using anything), she needs to pay. Like seriously ***. Minor inconvenience: - Needed a charging cable in the midnight, requested at the reception, rejected. They said I could keep my phone at the reception but could not lend me a single cable. - Poor wifi connection in my room, asked for help at the reception. The receptionist said if the phone is working in the room, then they could not do anything. The problem remained unresolved.
