ONE SPECIAL EXPERIENCE FOR ME
I'm allergic to beef, which I left when making the reservation. I clearly stated my beef allergy when ordering, and my option is vegetarian, but the dish that arrived contained beef. Lucky me! I still alive.
I reported to the restaurant and front desk. I wish everyone take serious care on this issue lol !

I had an unforgettable stay at Pickalbatros Citadel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming. To my surprise, they upgraded my room free of charge, which made my holiday even more special. The upgraded room had stunning sea views and was spotlessly clean.
The resort itself is breathtaking, with its castle-like design, crystal-clear waters, and plenty of pools and restaurants to choose from. The food had a good variety and everything was fresh. Service throughout my stay was attentive and genuine.
I truly appreciate the thoughtful gesture of the complimentary upgrade—it showed the hotel’s commitment to making guests feel valued. I’ll definitely recommend Pickalbatros Citadel to friends and family, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

到處乾飯，到處喝東西。當然不太符合中國胃。但也還行，至少是乾淨的飯菜。吃喝全包還是爽。喝的不要太期待。就是包裝的飲料。還有沖調的咖啡。早餐的鮮榨橙汁很好喝。無酒精莫吉託好喝，其實就是檸檬薄荷氣泡水。適合夏天。
服務態度一流。都很熱情。不會索要小費。
酒店珊瑚和魚就很漂亮，不需要出海。浪費時間精力啊。後悔。
缺點就是太大了！走得累死了

The view was absolutely stunning, I stayed building No.5 for 3nights. The snorkeling spot was near my room. However the hotel was working on the maintenance to renew few rooms in building No. 5 5124 so it was extremely loud. So I had to called the reception to switch room and we moved to further down room 5135. To be honest, I prefer to stay in a room with updated facilities like those Europeans, but it seems the hotel really wants to put all Chinese together in No.5 I don't know why. In the end of day, we paid same amount of money to stay with this hotel, I hope next time the hotel can arrange me in a building with updated facilities instead of a loud and far room. Apart from that, most things are pleasant.

And get 30min free massage , it’s amazing !! It worth to extend 🥰
Food taste normal , but you must try Kebab nearby lobby !

The reception stuff is rude and the room is old , the door is not functioning well and even the shower curtain has mold !!!! Food is bad and when we checked out at 530am , he asked us to walk to reception(the resort’s huge and it takes sometimes to walk to the lobby ) ! Is that how you so called 5 star hotel ?

There was a male staff member in the resort lobby who introduced himself and said he likes Korea and Korean dramas. He was very kind, and thanks to him, my first impression of the Citadel Resort was wonderful.
