"The hotel is great!. My friend and I were there. It was our first time in Egypt. We felt very safe in the hotel!!!. The staff is polite and courteous. There is their own beach, free entry. There is a comfortable terrace - a restaurant on the beach, also very well maintained and beautiful. You can order breakfasts, lunches, drinks. You can also order food to the hotel. The room is cleaned a little every evening. The room has a lot of towels, soap, internet, taxi call. We were there from January 14-18, 2025. The weather was a little windy."

"Close to the airport and easy to the center. We had all inclusive and found the buffets very good ! The staff at reception are very friendly. We were so happy to have lunch and late check out on the departure day"

"Lovely hotel ,3 pools …pool with slides, Kids pool and then another family area with pool. We had to move rooms as we had no hot water … but they moved us no problem. The outside areas are lovely … bars around the pools … the only suggestion would be to have nibbles and also ice has to be available … the beach bar no ice at all again this is a no brainer. The food needs overhauling by a chef … hot food generally not hot enough. No chips for kids .. no burgers … the menu needs changing and the cooks need training from a chef The quality of the food needs a lot of improvement… many guests not happy one said it was a culinary catastrophe, a lot started eating out. When you get there you are given a coloured wrist band and the staff will see you are a new arrival. I saw new arrival guests get approached by on site staff selling , massages,nail and beauty makeovers,trips,and ice creams … as many as 5 approaches in 10 minutes. In 5* hotels these people are at stations around the hotel and when guests are ready they go to these stations .. they don’t get hounded …the massage guy approached me 3-4 times a day. Some of the trips need vetting The service was ok and all the staff was friendly … the animation team need new outfits .. I couldn’t really see what they did to be fair .. no games to get people involved. Overall it was a nice stay .. but there is a lot to work on .. I hope they will see this honest review and make changes … it could be a 4-5* but it will only be a 3* if they don’t make changes"

"It is Avery small in size hotel, with excellent food taste but limited variety. It’s beautiful and have lagoon and infinity pool but not big one. It’s close to slider activity in lagoon. It’s nice overlooking and neat , new , amenities and service is very beautiful. Staff is helpful. The only thing about it is it’s small one. Cleanliness is very good ."

"Rooms well laid out & clean. Beds firm. Shower has good water pressure & bathrooms good size. A bed side light would have been appreciated, rather than having to get out of bed to switch light off. Lovely from balcony. Had breakfast included but ate out of the hotel evenings & therefore can't comment on dinner. Breakfast was 10/10, great variety, well cooked, well presented & very tasty. All the staff we met were friendly, attentive, efficient & professional from Reception to House Keeping & everyone in between. Convenient Location on the Harbour & Marina"

"Quite good all inclusive - plan, nice assortment of coctails and food. Only the ala cartes could be better. They serve same food than the buffet but you just get is served to the table. More variance. Also the reservation for the ala cartes is difficult and they are always fullybooked so we couldt even try them all. Waiters seems to serve more the house personnel who weirdly eat with the customers at same restaurant. It didnt feel nice when the cook sit whith his kitchen clothes next to us or the officers with theis suits when you are yourself at holiday mood and dressed accordingly. Usually there is own cantines for workers. Not the best beach, there isnt anything to see compared to some resorts with reefs with lot of fishes but they do have a free golc course (Par3) so it compensates, you cant have it all, can you. Big pool was freezing, even the sea is warmer so if you rely on that one and dont like to sea then you will be dissapointed. We liked the beac more as the pool gives the swimming hall wibes with the dreary tiles. I wish they would make pools more exitng and this is not for Steigenberger but generally. Nice touch that they filled the minibar daily with coke, beer and juices and it was included. They had some kind of evening program but unfortunately it was always in the front of buffet restaurant so you would need to dine there to enjoy it. Why there isnt anything at the beach? Beach parties, disco, dance shows etc. It would be nice! "
