The sheets and pillowcases were seriously pilled. I asked someone to change them but they still stayed the same. They felt very gritty when I slept on them. The air conditioner made a loud noise. I wanted to change rooms. The service staff told me that every room was like this. I even smiled embarrassedly. It was difficult to eat. The food is terrible and the room is very small. This is the worst hotel in Egypt during this trip.

Poorly finished room. Floor tiles were wobbly. Bathroom grouting shoddy. Food was uninspired. Best restaurant was the Moroccan, however couldn’t eat much as I had gastroenteritis I suspect from the Italian restaurant as that was the last place I had eaten. We couldn’t get an uber into town as was so far out and didn’t want to pay exorbitant shuttle fares Staff were friendly and accommodating. The resort Dr. was lovely and helpful. Overall not 5*. Seems great for families though. Excellent waterpark and pools.

Friendly staff and friendly. They solve any problem immediately. Good food, and if someone doesn't like it, they can go to the ala carte, choosing from 4 restaurants. The beach is slow and azure, you can go at low tide 12.30-3.40 local time, in the distance you can also snorkel from the pier. Sehr schöne Hotel für Family mit Kinder. Viel Abwechslung Animation Programme für Kinder und Erwachsene Tag und Abend . Viel verschiedene Restaurants zum Abend essen . Mitarbeiter sind alle freundlich und hilfsbereit . Wir haben ein Upgrade Zimmer bekommen von die Rezeption schon beim ankommen waren die sehr freundlich
