It’s our first time visiting Egypt. We left home without too many expectations, but it turned out to be a very good experience. There are a few things that could be improved, but overall, we were satisfied and would return. Pros: À la carte restaurants Infinity pool Very helpful staff Dedicated entertainment team Beautiful shows Aqua park Very beautiful and well-maintained courtyard Attentive staff Cons: Drinks were served in reusable plastic cups Rooms need renovation

Perfect place for families with small children. Location,: the hotel is placed on a long coast called hasheesh coast, which contains several other hotels. One can walk along promenade, left are hotels and right is the beautiful sea. Rooms : we had a family room consisting of two rooms, there is a couch, the bathroom with a shower. Room was in good condition, with air conditioning and a small working fridge. Comfortable beds , and clean bedsheets. There’s also a television with some international programs. Restaurants,: there is one main restaurant called the view, and several bookable restaurants. We recommend the Oriental restaurant for lunch and for dinner. For lunch, you can have a mixed grill, which was delicious. Otherwise the main restaurants offers the food. There are also snack bars near the pools. Food : I only give three out of five stars to the food. For a five star hotel, I expect more variety of food. The menu was quite repetitive. Although the food was delicious and well prepared and tasty. However, the variety was low. Some meals repeated continuously. Bars: there are several bars, serving, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic drinks. We were told by several staff, that the ice used in the drinks where bottled water. However, we figured out later, that it is just filtered water. One of our family members ended up having diarrhea and fever, which started as we started having drinks with ice in the place. Swimming pool : there are seven swimming pools in this place, there are plenty of seats, so no war breaks out over the seats. Water is treated and safe to swim. Night program : The night program starts with a great children program. We found the adult program, boring and cheap. Especially the Tombolla was a rip off. We recommend Thursday and Friday night night program. We don’t recommend the karaoke, unless you’re Russian. Most people who participated in karaoke where Russians singing very loud in their language. Hotel staff. : they are polite and speak German, English and Russian. My advice tip the cleaners and serving stuff for a better service. Room cleaning: the bathroom was not cleaned properly. We found some dirt on the floor. We think it was not swept or mopped. Each time there was something missing either a towel or shower towel or etc. we had to call reception to complete the missing stuff. Guests : predominantly German, but we also met other European nations like French and Italian and Belgium people, we also met east European, and even people from US and for east, and of course plenty of Russians. In general, this is a safe and nice place for families with small children, due to aquapark, however, due to issues with faced with room, cleaning and ice, which gave us infection, we are not giving this place a five star
