Fort Arabesque Resort, Spa & Villas

A very Honest review for the closet resort to my heart. This is my second visit to Fort Arabesque and it is wonderful as expected and more. I can say that there is no such place or resort has so much greenery and artistic places and views like for arabesque with so long and wide beach area even if it is fully booked, really you can not even feel or see crowded areas. There is a place for everyone anytime. Staff is more than perfect in terms of hospitality and being nice and they always want to offer you all the means of comforting. Really they are the main reason to come again and again starting with Mr. Beshoy Vector and Mahmoud the very nice and professional reception guy and of course Amr Temsah the chef responsible for everything related to food in West Bay with his continuous smile and the way he acts easy professional with team and guests while keeping everything seamlessly perfect in every manner. Momen in sunset bar, Thank you for the delicious drinks and your professional hospitality. Ahmed the Young services guy in west bay main restaurant, thank you for your warm welcomes and professionalism. The beautiful guy who makes Omelette in egg station every morning, thank you for delicious food and smile you spreading. Indian food and Indian chef, thank you for the very very delicious food and warm welcoming, Really I can mention everyone there without any hesitation, Although that prices of everything, specially food extremely becoming high in egypt, they are very well maintaining the very high food quality even exceeded this year all expectations. Beach and the so many pools and beach bars was very entertaining and the boho beach party and all the animations team was very nice. Really it will not be the last time to visit. To many more visits.

I have been to Egypt five times, but Fort Arabesque in Makadi Bay has completely stolen my heart – this is now my favorite hotel, and I will always come back here whenever I choose Egypt for my vacation. Everything was absolutely phenomenal – spotless clean everywhere, incredibly delicious food with something for everyone. Breakfast is served from 7 to 10, followed by a late breakfast at the Beach Bar right on the beach. The organization is impeccable – special thanks to the hotel management for running everything so smoothly. Even the restroom at the Beach Bar is always clean, despite guests coming in wet and with sand on their feet. There is a gentleman constantly cleaning the pathway between the beach and the grass area, which shows how much they care about every detail. The rooms are beyond clean, there are 5 pools (3 of them heated), and each pool has its own themed bar. The hotel has an enormous beach – over one kilometer long – with plenty of comfortable sunbeds, each with a thick mattress, and there is always space available. There’s also a separate Mexican bar, a cocktail bar, and a bar in the main lobby at reception. In the evenings, you can enjoy live performances on cello, flute, or harp. Most guests are from Germany, and everyone is treated with the highest level of hospitality. On the beach, there is a well-organized towel system with quality, thick beach towels – exchanged via cards. Bottled water (Nestlé, not local Egyptian brands) is available everywhere. All drinks included in the All-Inclusive package are of high quality. The hotel has its own shops, a tattoo studio, souvenir and leather stores, a jewelry shop, a pharmacy, and a large spa center. The sea is crystal clear, with distant buoys, and there are 5 beautiful coral reefs full of marine life and colorful fish. The water is not too shallow for too long, so you can swim freely. There are also sunbeds placed directly in the water. Empty glasses are cleared from tables next to the sunbeds regularly, and there are plenty of showers along the entire beach. Every evening, there are multiple separate events – parties, live music at different pools – and the atmosphere is always perfect: beautiful, clean, and safe. The greenery is full of flowers and perfectly maintained. Huge thanks to the entire hotel team for their kindness, hospitality, and perfect organization. My friend had a birthday and as we came back from the beach the cake was waiting for her in our room with personalised card. This experience is not 10/10, but 100/10. Bravo, Fort Arabesque!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the pleasure of staying at Fort Arabesque Hotel, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. From the first moment, I was impressed by the high level of hospitality, professionalism, and care shown by the entire team. I would especially like to recognize Mr. Youssef El Bably, the Cluster Housekeeping Manager, whose dedication and attention to detail made a huge difference during my stay. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything in the room and around the hotel was perfect, always checking personally to make sure guests were comfortable and satisfied. His care and genuine concern truly stood out. Equally impressive was Mr. Ahmed Ali, the Recreation Director, who created such a warm and enjoyable atmosphere. His professionalism, friendliness, and constant efforts to make guests feel welcome made our days by the beach and pool incredibly pleasant. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what really makes Fort Arabesque special is the people who work there. Their passion for hospitality and the way they treat guests with respect and care is remarkable. A sincere thank you as well to the entire management team of Fort Arabesque for their outstanding leadership and dedication, which clearly reflects in the service and atmosphere of the hotel.

My family and I spent 3 weeks in the Villas of Fort Arabesque and had a wonderful time enjoying the resort and its facilities whilst being cared for very well by the staff. Having our own swim up villas with loungers, parasol and other outdoor seating meant that we were never too far from the water or the beautifully chilled Villa which came with a fridge full of complimentary chilled drinks and snacks that were restocked daily. The food and service at the Villa restaurant and the beachside Club 159 were exceptional, the iced coffee Boctor made were the best, the warm greetings and friendly smiles from the staff there made our experience special, we were all very impressed with the quality of the food and variety of choices on the menu. My partner was unwell during the end of our holiday. However, the care we received from Doctor Osama was unlike any other, including text messages to check on the patient even after we had returned home. Najlaa was one of the managers who ensured that our holiday experience was of the best and that anything less than perfect was addressed professionally and efficiently with complete satisfaction. The attention to detail from all staff, including the gardeners, that keep the resort so beautiful is outstanding. Finally, coming home with a suitcase full of clean clothes thanks to the free laundry service at the Villa's was wonderful.
