房間説是有免費wifi，但是是要收費的，一天25埃磅，我也是第一次碰到要收wifi費用的酒店。服務也很差，攜程説是2點入住的，到6點半才把房間整理出來，反正埃及人的辦事效率非常低，埃及酒店很容易踩雷。
我訂的兩間一樣的房型，給的房型還不一樣，有一間比較小，明顯就不是我訂的房型，站前台給説法，前台説是沒有房間了，可我是提前三個月就訂好了房間，不應該提前預留好房間嗎？
給要訂的中國人提個醒，對中國人不友好，中餐餐廳還需要預訂，吃的是套餐，不好吃，踩大雷。。

My stay at Seagull Hotel was absolutely wonderful! Everything was nice, smooth, and perfect from start to finish.The service was good, friendly and helpfull. The beach area was clean and beautiful, and the lifesavers there did a fantastic job keeping everyone safe and relaxed. During my stay I had the pleasure of meeting Hamda, and I have to say he was the best! He was incredibly kind, professional, and always went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. i can say he made our holiday to our best holiday! It’s people like Hamda who make Seagull Hotel such a great place to stay.

My first time in this hotel and sure i will come back everything was really great The food very nice and alot of variety We had a lovely room pool view The stuff so friendly about entertainment was great alot of activities on beach and pool like aqua gym yoga dart and volleyball and the evening program so nice special fire show Thank you amr , wega and ksusha for great holiday

3rd time at hotel, all 3 times had a room in new part. Loved that i was remembered by staff. Saleh towel man, always lovely. 2 lovey pool young bar lads both mamoud were lovely as usual, and receptionist Gamal lovely as always. Enjoyed my stay, room always lovely and clean, I will return again. Would recommend

was a very nice holiday. very nice staff.. ibrahem from reception new seagull and ahmed beach boy and nice lady in bar new seagull. a perfect place to realax.. activates for children.. the food is fresh....wifi is good..its super holiday..the locationof hotel is nice... see you next year
