I wanted to extend for a late departure by renting a whole night (so to the advantage of the hotel) but your trip.com site did not pay for the hotel on time even though the reservation had been made 3 days, The hotel refused to give us the room for several hours and even threatened to call the police if we did not pay (a second time).
This ruined the end of our vacation.

DO NOT RISK COMING HERE. I have eaten rotten food in the hotel. The aubergines were rotten and when I complained, they said that it is just vinegar. But both me and my wife tasted it and made sure it was rotten. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

Нас встретил красивый холл. Удивило наличие ресторана прям под рецепшином. Выглядило все красиво и грандиозно, пока мы не пошли в туалет. Туалет- сплошное разочарование: разбитое, отсутствуют и бумага, и мыло, и салфетки. Все висит на одном гвозде. Ну понятно, что до пятерки туалету далековато….. номер дали. В номере: разбит сейф, розетки, сломанный стул и потрясающий вид с балкона. Дверь в комнату старая и с огромной щелью внизу. Ванна нормальная. Уже ожидали худшее. Море великолепное. Песок. Пляж крошечный и с катастрофической нехваткой лежаков. Территория общая с соседним отелем. Наших туристов постоянно скидывал персонал с лежаков и отдавал лежаки гостям соседнего отеля. Ужас. Ресторан- европейская кухня в очень скромном исполнении. Выдавали каждому в руки по чуть чуть то, что реально ценится. Или огромная очередь за вкусняшками. Колы, булок, пирожных, риса и фасоли- бери сколько влезет. Курица была всегда. Вместо утки пытались втюхать курицу. Но голодными мы не были. Понравилось, что дыню нарезали прям перед вами, хоть и приходилось стоять в очереди. Огромные два основных зала со столиками. Рядом туалет- помыть руки. Отель маленький. По инфраструктуре нас обманули при продаже тура, сказав, что инфраструктура обоих отелей общая. Нет. Зато есть электрокары🥰. И мы катались по побережью и это было восхитительно. Отдельная оплата. Уборка в номере так себе. Но всего хватало. Вовремя подкладывали. Коктейли - ерунда. Анимация- лучшая за всю мою жизнь. Удачное расположение отеля- провожали закаты🥰 вай фай только в главном здании и в номере. На берегу- проблемы. Зато есть обед в пляжном ресторане и море….. в номере шумно из за соседей.
