房間還可以，酒店位置不怎麼好，周圍什麼都沒有，要想出去吃飯開車半小時，關鍵酒店太難吃了，吃不下去，早餐也很難吃，不知道為什麼有人説好吃….

酒店環境非常好，安保好，大門保安檢查仔細，包括後備箱。因為我一個人來的，首先考慮安全問題。一棟一棟的獨立庭院，很舒服。入住後服務生會帶你參觀，介紹。晚餐的魚很好吃，氛圍很好，早餐我因為趕飛機，胡亂吃了一點。早晚餐都是點餐制。特別想説的是，我uber打車時，接單司機亂要價，服務生另外主動幫我打了車，司機來了後，好像因為價格問題還發生了一點小爭執，他還額外幫我付了點錢。雖然錢不多，但是那會我急着趕飛機，大家都懂那種心情，真的被這個服務員給温暖到了，到機場後，司機喊我跟那個服務生通了電話，確實我安全，估計是上車時他交代了的，我聽不懂。我一直想聯繫他，不知道該怎麼聯繫。希望酒店看到點評能給我郵件。我衹知道他來自阿斯旺。

整個行程當中最舒適的地方是這兒，但是整個過程最糟糕的也是這兒，入住酒店的時候把重要的護照以及現金放在酒店保險櫃！由於出海中途沒有取過，在辦理退房的時候取出來就發現少了幾百美金！聯繫前台告知情況，多次嘗試詢問處理結果也無果！

Самый большим минус этого отеля для нас оказался пляж, точнее не сам пляж а вход в море. Сам пляж достаточно протяжённый. Но зайти в море и искупаться там невозможно от слова совсем. Зайти в море и поплавать можно только с пирса который расположен с одной стороны пляжа. Рядом с пирсом нет лежаков и на самом пирсе установлено всего 2 маленькие лавочки. Приходится брать маски, трубки, ласты и со всем этим оборудованием идти по жаре метров 100-150 чтобы просто окунуться. А потом столько же обратно. Честно говоря сомнительное удовольствие. С маленькими детьми вообще не вариант. Ну это если вы как и мы предпочитаете море а не бассейн.

【總結】總的體驗一級棒！服務很細緻貼心！
【設施】酒店絕美，套房獨立且空間很大，私密性很好，自己的小院裏也有躺椅，簡直i人天堂！套房裡有單獨的衣帽間和行李台，有很多門窗，躺在屋裡就能看到絕美景觀，電視是可以投屏可以直接看youtube的。泳池可以看海，在這裏度過了美好的三天，捨不得走。
【浮潛】浮潛是通過棧橋下水，酒店免費提供救生衣，浮潛能看到很多珊瑚，看到了煙管魚和硨磲，魚的種類和數量都蠻多的。
【餐食】因為我們開了車，想着可以開車去市區換換口味，所以衹訂了早餐，他們家的種類豐富且每樣都挺好吃！吃完早餐感覺一天都不咋餓。
【服務】（劃重點！！）本來來之前很擔心會不會出現其他酒店裡中國同胞遇到的區別對待/隱性歧視現象，但在這住的期間遇到的每個服務人員都專業禮貌細心熱情，超乎我的預期。退房的時候前台人員有很認真地問我們改進建議，還貼心地告訴我們可以不用着急離開，take our time在海灘上走一走躺一躺。
值得一提的是，我們退房之後去停車場開車，倒車的時候不小心撞到後面的一輛看起來很新很fancy的車，導致後面那輛車車尾出現一條比較明顯比較長的掉漆痕跡。我們當時着急開車趕回開羅，需要在開羅機場還車並且搭乘晚上去沙姆沙伊赫的航班，再加上我們並沒有處理交通事故的任何經驗，更何況是在異國他鄉，我很擔心如果撞到酒店客人的車，溝通協調需要額外的時間，也會給酒店帶來麻煩，瞬間慌了神，送我們去停車場的擺渡車小哥本來停在那裡等我們倒車出來後道別，看到撞車了，立馬下車來安慰我們，表示他們會協助我們處理好這些事情，不用擔心，並且很關切地詢問我們晚上的航班是幾點的。不到一分鐘的時間，其他工作人員就過來跟我們説不用擔心，我們可以走了，我們感到奇怪就問他們怎麼回事，他們説我們撞到的是他們經理的車，他們經理説沒事，所以讓我們直接走，我們跟經理表達了歉意，並且跟經理握了手，就上車離開了。
我發自內心地推薦大家選擇這家酒店，雖然看起來這裏離市區比較遠，但幾公裡外也有很現代化的商場，也有star fish餐廳和一些紀念品商店。不衹是在埃及，可以説這家酒店的服務已經超出我以往住過的99%的酒店，如果有機會再來埃及，我一定會再來住久一點，真心希望大家都可以在這裏度過愉快美好的時光。

此次埃及之行紅海邊體驗了三家🏨，感覺是最滿意的，酒店軟硬件都非常不錯，很適合度假躺平。選了半食宿含早晚餐，晚餐是點餐制，可以選擇前菜、主菜、甜點，早餐半自助，單點菜單選擇豐富，出品都很不錯，比那些提供自助餐的好多了。

非常好。
所有房間都是獨棟，房間很大，連衣帽間都有。
酒店裡的人口密集度很低，私密性很高，而且很安全。打車回來在大門口，需要司機把身份證和駕駛證押在保安那裡，甚至需要打開後備箱檢查。
海十分漂亮。不過如果是想要很豐富的水上活動的話可能不太適合，因為這邊衹有浮潛和深潛，沒有大型遊樂園。
早餐點餐制，西式的，挺好吃的。
服務人員態度非常好，每個人都很有禮貌。我朋友正好經期了，和服務員説了以後給我們送了很多衞生巾。可惜我們時間比較緊，後來沒遇見那個女生，本來想謝謝她。

酒店有私人海灘，天氣好的時候很漂亮，早餐挺不錯，酒店的工作人員也很熱情，早上出門碰到都會和你熱情的打招呼，唯一的缺點是離市區太遠了，想出海很不方便。如果在酒店純躺平是很不錯的。
