The staffs at the hotel and their hospitality was incredible. The facilities were super clean and there was lot of hard work from the staff to clean and monitor it. There were lot of fishes if you are snorkelling. I stayed in Block 8 and moved to block 4. Block 8 was very modern and nice however the water pressure seemed low in top floor and there was some smell from bathroom drain. The cleaner Mohamed in Block 8 is amazing chap, he kept the place sparkling clean. I have to appreciate the chefs and waiters for offering a great dining experience along with a safe and delicious food. The security is top notch. Thanks a lot for the great service. People are friendly and offer a great service, so I highly recommend it.
The snorkel kit at the resort is of great quality. You get everything you need in the resort as there are lot of shops and activities inside. There are tip boxes in resturants and for cleaners we can tip per service. I was not sure how to tip security / receptionists a tip etiquitte policy or notes from hotel will also be good.

It needs more improvement in terms of their reservation team back office team. Once you booked your room you done they will never respond to you either by phone or email.

Im here as I write this. The hotel is amazing for families we are travelling with 3 boys 11, 6 & 5. Entertainment staff are brilliant all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooms beautiful big and very clean always something to eat even for the pickest of eaters. Would definitely return.

It was very nice and wonderful and I want to go again and I thank Tasneem very much because she was a very good person in the animation team and I hope to return the hotel and the food and the rooms and everything was beautiful and it was the best holiday in my life

Wakacje w hotelu Sunrise Garden spędziliśmy w terminie 27.02-6.03. Już na samym początku miłe zaskoczenie - bezpłatnie dostaliśmy upgrade pokoju :) Pokój czysty, codziennie sprzątany, wymiana ręczników itd. Śniadania i obiady poprawne, kolacje polecamy jeść w restauracjach a'la carte, rewelacja!!! W basenach bardzo cieplutka woda, co w okresie zimowym jest niezwykle ważne. Zarówno na basenach, jak i na plaży zawsze znajdzie się wolny leżak. Największym atutem hotelu jest obsługa, dzięki tym ludziom można przymknąć oko na drobne niedociągnięcia czy mankamenty hotelu. Pracują naprawdę ciężko i to z uśmiechem na twarzy. Jeśli chodzi o animatorów, męska część jest bardzo zaangażowana, podczas gdy dziewczyny snują się tylko po kątach, nie nawiązują kontaktu z gośćmi, a szkoda. Szczególnie dla dzieci jest to ważne. Podsumowując, bardzo miło spędziliśmy czas i chętnie wróciłabym do tego hotelu. Mały minus dajemy za meble w lobby i głównej restauracji, już czas je wymienić, są mocno wysłużone ;)

The hotel resort is amazing. The rooms are clean and the staff is super nice and friendly. Everyone is always smiling. The animation team is very friendly, full of energy and enthusiasm. It really was an incredible experience. One of the best vacations.
