酒店環境和飲食、房間都蠻好的，唯一不足就是部分服務人員有區別對待亞洲人的情況，酒店幾乎都是歐洲人。離海灘步行10分鐘左右。

雖然設施相對陳舊一些，但房間寬敞，比較舒適，游泳池也不錯。度假村離海邊沙灘步行10分鐘，海水清澈見底。多數服務人員很熱情，但sunflower餐廳個別服務員態度冷淡，甚至裝作看不見。埃及有小費文化，如果忘記房間留小費，清潔員立馬給你“顏色”看。總體還行吧，性價比不高。

衞生條件和環境都還行 但是服務和設施實在是太差了 空調是壞的 房間連熱水也沒有 處理問題速度也很慢 甚至不處理 而且房間很吵 早飯服務員也不會主動問你喝什麼 餐廳有個女服務員問她要杯茶還給我擺臉色

意料之外的驚喜，實在是太讚了，超大的度假區，三餐全包，酒吧除了瓶裝酒暢飲。無敵的海景和度假區內部景觀，關鍵是真的放鬆下來，再也不用鬥智鬥勇防詐騙了：）
