酒店在馬卡迪灣，離赫爾格達市區大約三十幾公里，在整個馬卡迪灣prima life應該是入住率最高的酒店之一，幾乎都住滿了，整個酒店我們住的兩天裏衹有我們4箇中國人，其他全是歐美人，酒店很大，有自己的沙灘，可以泳遊浮潛，房間非常乾淨，床單沒有起球，但硬件設施比較老了，浴室在傍晚用水高嶧時下水很慢會有堵塞，避開高峯時洗澡就沒問題，酒店有4個餐廳，但每天開的衹有主餐廳，菜品豐富，口味不錯，烤駱駝肉很好吃，海灘酒吧每天下午還有柴火現烤披薩，每天有特調雞尾酒，前台餐廳酒吧服務都不錯，唯有東方餐廳裏一個叫Mohammed的服務員對我們視而不見，點菜時所有比我們後到的老外都上菜了，唯獨不招呼我們4個，我用眼神示意了他好幾次，他視而不見，直到後來我不得不揮手叫他，直接問他為什麼看不見我，他這才快速上菜。東方餐廳是我們唯一體驗不太好的地方，其他都感覺很好，一千出頭的全包酒店，性價比很高，總體還是很推薦的

It was a pleasant stay at Prima Life Makadi.
The staff was extremely nice. I requested a room in the ground floor to ensure an easy accessibility for my child's stroller and they gave me a very good room with the specs requested. The food was very good, not a huge list of items but with a delicious taste.
Animation team was a active and they do a great job entraining the guests.
I'd like to thank Ahmed from the reception for his decency and professionalism.

Excellent choice and a very wonderful hotel. The staff is very wonderful and helpful. The food was excellent throughout the stay. The room and view are excellent.

A really good place for a true vacation or honeymoon, the location is stunning, the food is amazing, and the best hotel staff you can find in egypt. On top of all of that their food is really good.
And kudos to their receptionist, they really make you feel at home, they dont make you wait at all

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The room was well-equipped and spotlessly clean, providing great comfort. The variety of food and snacks offered was impressive and catered to all tastes. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
