The service was excellent, and they offered a free shuttle service to and from the high-speed train station. Cleanliness: The room was spotlessly clean. Facilities: The room layout was great. We even received a complimentary upgrade to a king-size room with a view on the 11th floor, which made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast: Breakfast was included. While the breakfast buffet itself was just average, it did feature some local Huangshan specialties.

The room is very clean and comfy. It’s location is convenient (6 min walk from Huangshanbei station). No real shopping option around the hotel, but you can go to the train station for basic food and travel stuff.

The hotel is incredibly close to Huangshan North Railway Station, and their shuttle service was very convenient. We only stayed one night as a stopover for a connecting train, hoping to avoid an early start the next morning. We booked two rooms. My parents' king-sized room was tiny, and our family room was stiflingly hot. The air conditioning would automatically shut off whenever we left the room, so each time we returned, it was over 30 degrees Celsius – uncomfortably warm. The family room also featured a sofa bed, which wasn't comfortable for the child, and they only provided adult pillows with no child-friendly options. There's absolutely nothing around the hotel. The hotel's ground-floor restaurant only offered set menus, and none of them appealed to me, so we ended up taking a taxi seven kilometers to find a place to eat. Overall, it's inconvenient for both dining and shopping. While it might be acceptable if you're merely catching a train, I wouldn't recommend it for a Huangshan tour due to the very inconvenient transportation options. In contrast, the Parkview International Hotel we stayed at initially was excellent. The rooms were spacious, the service was great, and as Ctrip Diamond members, we received complimentary fruit, snacks, and milk daily.

The room was decent, and it even came with a walk-in closet. The EV chargers in the parking lot had problems, with many out of order, forcing us to use the gas station across the street. The front desk service felt impersonal, though I suppose I understand given the price. The breakfast was beyond bad; 'inedible' doesn't even do it justice. It was just basic cooked food, nothing more. The location is very close to the high-speed rail station, but food delivery options nearby are scarce, and they don't deliver to the rooms. Despite the brand name, it offers poor value for money!

For our trip to Chengkan, we opted for a chain hotel, despite it being a little further afield. On the positive side, the hotel offered a pleasant environment, clean and well-maintained rooms, and comfortable mattresses. However, the female front desk staff maintained a completely expressionless demeanor throughout our stay, and their service certainly needs improvement. What's also baffling is that the hotel charges separately for its washing machine and dryer – 25 RMB for a wash and another 25 RMB for a dry. This pricing is completely unreasonable!

It is indeed a great experience! The location is very near the Huangshan North Railway Station. It is very convenient!

Perfect place to stay if you want to visit Mt. Huangshan. Spacious and clean room, perfect location near Huangshan High Speed Train Station and Public Bus Terminal. When i stay at this Hotel, even they provide Us free roundtrip shuttle bus to Mt. Huangshan. Very convinient for Us!

It’s very close to the train station , very convenient for night trains , they have a big choice of breakfast , they offer a bus to the mountain scenic area and back . The place is clean , the staffs speak English . Highly recommend . The room has a big wardrobe , big mirrors.

Came in late via Huangshanbei station, it was around a 5 minute walk. Extremely quick check in, the next day we had the complimentary breakfast and it was perfect. We were able to store our bags when we went hiking and pick up the following day. The staff was great and the room was very clean. Highly recommend this hotel.

The most spacious shower room I have ever encountered.The toilet was thoughtfully separated from the shower area, which is a commendable feature.This generously proportioned washroom encompasses both facilities.The environment was impeccably clean.It is conveniently located a short distance from Huangshan North Bus Station and merely a 10 to 15 minutes stroll to Huangshan North Train Station.

Excellent location to connect with other destinations: walking distance from the high speed rail station. The bus station to go to Tangkou (Huangshan's gateway) is across the street. Very modern, comfortable and clean. In the evening I was looking for something light to eat and they prepared me a huge plate of fruit. You can leave your luggage until the next day if you plan a stay on the mountain.

The hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from Huangshan North (Bei) Train Station. The staff were friendly and professional. The front desk staff spoke reasonably good English, which was helpful, though communication with other staff members was more limited. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast exceeded expectations compared to the usual offerings in China and was great value for the price. I was expecting a 24-hour bar as advertised, but it remained closed throughout my entire stay, which was disappointing. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the experience. Just keep in mind that the hotel is, from what I recall, at least an hour’s drive (by bus or taxi) from any of the major scenic spots in the area.
