Pros: Breakfast is perfect, very good combination of western and *********. Location is perfect if you are visiting Jiao Tong University and Tsinghua University. Only a couple of bus stops. Very authentic local restaurants around. Employees are willing to help. Free soda in the fridge, decent gym. Good balcony view in certain rooms. Cons: My room was clean but shower head was loose, although I was able to fix it myself, it made the bathroom a chaos. Shampoo and bodywash are not good considering it's a 4-star. Electronic bidet that cleans you but doesn't dry you out... public baths could be a good place to relax, but it only open 4-10pm, which is not friendly to travellers who only stay for the night.

The place is good in service but just location is not really convenient

It is a hotel with spacious rooms and good breakfast. Price and quality is a good match. The location is not the best, but it was convenient for my conference location.

Everything was good except for cleaness condition and amenities.

A great place for stay

The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. The refrigerator comes with free drinks, which is great! The facilities were great, but the sauna showers were dim with no lights (same for both men and women). There are two free massage chairs in the public facilities, which is great! There is free parking. We are a vegetarian, and they made extra breakfast for us, which is really thoughtful❤️

The hotel is right next to the interchange, convenient transportation, walking up is Jiaotong University, you can stroll around the campus to buy muffins, the only drawback is that the breakfast restaurant is too small, too late to sit to the other side of the Chinese restaurant, get the meal will be more trouble ~

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There are massage chairs available on the hot spring floor. You can use them by registration. The opening hours are 16:00-22:00. There is a shuttle bus service, but the tone of the lady who answered the phone during the reservation gave me a bad impression, which was a bad first impression before I even checked into the hotel. After checking in, the restaurant counter staff were all friendly and polite.

The location is near the interchange, the sauna is under maintenance, but unfortunately it is not available

The room is very comfortable, especially the wooden floor. I don't like the hotel floor being carpeted, but I have to get used to the new policy. If you forget to bring your toothbrush and toothpaste, the hotel has a vending machine for 100 yuan a set.
