For those who hate insects 々, I wonder if you feel ... But here in the mountains ... Think so 😊 Quiet and move without slippers, this is my favorite. There is a place like a little uphill to go to the back room, but if you think it's a little training at the spa, you don't mind. It may be difficult for older people 々, but it's okay to walk slowly using the railing. Hot water is good.

初めての土地、那須塩原へやって参りました。 オールインクルーシブの宿を関東圏内で探しており、此方のお宿を発見しました。 探す条件として ・オールインクルーシブ(初めての経験) ・客室内に温泉 ・2泊で10万円以内 上記3ポイント探していたところ、日光ガーデンホテルを見つけ出しました。 最初はビュッフェではなくコースか〜と大食いの私からしてみれば物足りないのかなと最初は思った次第ですが、皆様の口コミを見る限り大変満足したとの口コミが多数あり 更に此方のお宿に決めたキッカケは、皆様の口コミ1つ1つに真摯に答えられているのを感激し、お客様を大切にしているんだなと感じ決めました。 車が無いと、公共交通機関利用のお客さんは大変かも知れませんが、少し車を走らせれば 滝、千本松牧場などなど観光地も楽しめます。 温泉に浸かりながらハーゲンダッツを食べ ビールを飲み…最高の非日常を味わう事ができました。 人生でこんなにもハーゲンダッツを食べたのは初めてです！ パートナーと共に今までの旅行先で1番のお宿認定です。 食事にも力を入れており、朝・晩と最高に美味しいご飯を提供いただき 山菜がこんなにも美味しいのにも驚きました。 部屋からの景観もバッチリ。 記念日に此方のお宿に決めて良かったです。 宿泊検討されている方居ましたら、1泊以上をお勧めします！ 最高のモーニング(和食、洋食) 最高のディナー(日によって違います) 2日あればどちらも楽しめます！ シェフや配膳してくれる方から気さくに話しかけてもいただけ フロントでアテンドしてくれた方は終日良くしていただき… また、泊まりにこようとお互いに決め… まだ書きたい事ありますが… こちらで失礼いたします。 大変お世話になりました。

It was the perfect place for me to reset and refresh. The hostel is surrounded by beautiful nature and has a hot spring, just what I needed in a getaway from the big city. The common space is designed beautifully and has two very comfortable kitchens, big fridges, and everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, one night the hostel even arranged a hot pot dinner. First I stayed in a standard room but I ended up extending my stay here, this time in the women's only dormitory. Both the private room and the dormitory room were very comfortable and had everything I needed. Long walks was just what I needed but it looks like there's quite a lot to do around if you drive just a little bit, so I would recommend coming by car or renting one at the train station. I can't wait for my next visit here.

A good hotel of hospitality and good service. The receptionist managed to communicate with guests with a little English and cared to guide guests how to park the car properly even it was raining outside. The breakfast in Japanese style was great, though they may urge to have it in time. The room is tidily kept with a neat balcony of tranquil street view and the tatami beds are comfortable. Onsen bath is amazing, but there is no locker for keeping your room key and personal clothing, creating a possible secuirty and hygiene concern.

This was my first time for staying in ryokan. This ryokan has such a delight, warming services and very nice hotel staffs. Although I can not speak japanese, the language did not bring me any problems because we could use google translate and some of the innkeeper can speak English. I felt like I stay in my home and very enjoyed interacting with both hotel staffs and shiobara people. Besides, foods there were so delicious. - traditional japanese food: they wrote a welcome note and descriptions of food in paper (in japanese) eg. Fish came from river beside hotel, everything was from local which I really really love it. - local venison(deer meat): must try yakiniku If you wanna avoid chaotic environment in the city, I would reccommend this place because you would feel a part of nature (natural sound is so nice) and you can find a true calm of your soul. We were very surprised because we were only foreigner tourist in the hotel. Thank you innkeeper and staff for caring us. We always miss there when we come back to busy city!

There were many families staying, and the welcome drinks in the lobby and table tennis were also popular. Adults can also enjoy the private bath with a beautiful view of the starry sky and the large bath with sauna! Bathing outdoors in the winter was the best!! Reservations are managed via mobile ordering, so you can also reserve things like a shuttle bus in advance, but it takes a while for the URL to arrive from an external site, so it's best to make a reservation by phone!

Old hot spring hotel, but cost-effective, buffet breakfast and dinner food is very authentic, the room is large enough to enjoy the beautiful river and mountain views, birds and insects often accompany. Not suitable for young families.
