Kaga Modern Onsen Ryokan, located along the Kakusenkei Gorge which is the most beautiful valley in the Hokuriku region. Scenic mountain streams can be seen from the guest rooms, lobby lounge, restaurants and outdoor hot spring baths. Rich nature of four seasons such as cherry blossoms, fresh green, firefly watching, moon viewing, autumn leaves and snowy landscapes will soothe you. For dinner, enjoy traditional Kaga cuisine using seasonal ingredients such as fresh seafood from the Sea of Japan, including snow crab, sweet shrimp, rosy sea bass, and Kaga vegetables, as well as freshly fried tempura in kaiseki cuisine with a complimentary beverage bar. Kagari Kissho-tei, where you can enjoy food, hot springs, history, and traditional culture, also offers special services for guests staying consecutive nights as well as for guests celebrating anniversaries such as birthdays and wedding anniversaries. The Korogibashi Bridge, a symbol of Yamanaka Onsen, is just to the left of our ryokan, and the building also faces Yuge Kaido, the main street lined with Yamanaka lacquerware and Kutani pottery galleries, where you can stroll while wearing a yukata. We offer a free shuttle service with 11 daily departures, which takes about 20 minutes from Kaga Onsen Station on the Hokuriku Shinkansen Line and 30 minutes from Komatsu Airport. You can also take a local bus from the nearby bus terminal to Eiheiji Temple, the famous main temple of the Zen sect (about 50 minutes).

"Kishotei Inn is located in the Yamanaka Onsen Street. There is a hotel shuttle bus from the south exit parking lot of Kaga Onsen JR Station that can pick you up at scheduled times. You need to reserve a time in advance. Just use your email address. The pick-up and drop-off staff are very friendly and the hotel service is better. It is in place, and the period architecture adds to the Japanese style of the hot spring hotel. It has a clean and hygienic environment, rich breakfast and dinner, considerate hot tea and snacks in the lobby, and a beautiful open-air hot spring and scenery near the stream on the first floor. There is also a hotel next to the hotel. There are Hexianxi Trail and Hot Spring Street Town, both of which are refreshing and relaxing hot spring tours. It is highly recommended and I will definitely go there again if I have the opportunity."

"The hotel is right next to a stream and you can hear the gurgling water in the room. There is a hot spring street within walking distance. There are not many people but it is overall very exquisite and has many interesting shops. The hotel staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. I like it very much. The portions of the meals are large and I feel very full~ You can also hear the sound of running water in the hot spring pool, which is very pleasant and I like it very much. The room is large although a bit older"

"Yamashiro Onsen, the hot spring fruit is really extraordinary, the whole body is super smooth after soaking in it~ In addition to the hot spring facilities in the room, the hotel also has two large baths, each with an open-air hot spring, which is very comfortable~ Maybe because it is before the Japanese New Year, there are not many people , the employee said that Japan started to have consecutive holidays in a few days, and it was full every day. The hotel has its own corner, and the environment really has a garden style. The air is very fresh after the rain, which makes people relax. The only drawback is that the taste of the food is average and not amazing. However, when I stayed for two days in a row, I was very considerate and provided a completely different breakfast. Dinner~"

"The menu may change every day, but the chicken tempura and croquettes at breakfast were very delicious. There are two baths in the hotel, one of which is an open-air bath, which was very pleasant. Many families visit, so I think it's best to go at a different time when children are in the bath, as they are running around and it's difficult to relax. There is a foot bath and public bath within a five-minute walk, so it was a nice atmosphere in the hot spring town. I recommend researching nearby restaurants in advance and making a reservation if possible."

"Beautiful hotel on a beautiful river. Large georgeous room. For Japanese standards the service was just ok. Much nicer greeting upon arrival. Was left to drag my suitcases out the door with a wonderful old lady trying to help me. Of course I could not allow her to lift the heavy bags. All the other people were not available to help or see me out. Extremely rude by Japanese standards. Coffee at breakfast I was told to get at the coffee machine. Substandard for the class of hotel."

Trip.BestNo. 8 of Hot Spring Hotels in Ishikawa Prefecture
A hot spring ryokan with the atmosphere of the Kaga area, overlooking the Kakusenkei Gorge, the most beautiful valley in the Hokuriku region. Featured in the Michelin Guide, our ryokan offers a taste of the culture and history of Kaga, an old castle town that produced one million koku of rice, with nightly performances of traditional Yamanaka-bushi songs and dances and an interior that incorporates traditional crafts such as Kaga Yuzen dyeing, Yamanaka lacquerware, Kutani pottery, and Kaga mizuhiki decoration. Complimentary services such as homemade pancakes, Kaga pudding, coffee, Kaga stem tea, beer after bathing, carefully selected colorful yukata, and a private bath will add color to your stay. At Kissho Spa, one of the largest spas in the Hokuriku region, you can enjoy an elegant moment with treatments using local ingredients such as gold and silver leaf. For dinner, enjoy a kaiseki cuisine or teppanyaki course with seasonal ingredients served in Kutani ware or Yamanaka lacquerware dishes. You will be satisfied with freshly fried tempura and traditional Kaga cuisine with fresh seafood from the Sea of Japan such as snow crab, sweet shrimp, rosy sea bass, and Kaga vegetables, along with carefully selected local sake. Our shop offers a wide range of popular souvenirs. Kissho Yamanaka also offers special services for guests staying consecutive nights as well as for guests celebrating anniversaries such as birthdays and wedding anniversaries. We promise you a stay immersed in hot spring and Japanese style, with beautiful mountain stream views from the guest rooms, lobby lounge, and outdoor baths, and a rich natural environment that changes with the seasons, such as cherry blossoms, fresh green, moon viewing, autumn leaves, and snow-covered winter scenery.

"The hotel environment is relatively large for a hot spring hotel, and some free activities and snacks are provided. However, the hotel booked through the website was relatively small, so I ended up paying extra to upgrade the hotel room. In addition, the online reservation stated that it included dinner and breakfast, but it did not give us any dinner options. When we arrived, the hotel staff informed us that our order stated that we had a steak set, not a crab set, and we could not change it even if we added money on site. , a little disappointed...the hotel's hot springs are great, and you can choose a yukata, and the food is actually pretty good. There is also all-you-can-drink sake for breakfast, which is a bit of a surprise."

"First of all, I must say that the hotel staff are polite and friendly, which makes me want to stay here again in the future. The price is cheap, but the location is relatively remote. There is something wrong with the management of the hotel and the staff should be re-educated. The four employees at Check-in and Check-out cannot speak English well, so it would be better to use online translation. However, because they were all afraid of communicating with foreigners, they just dodged it without explaining the hotel facilities. I booked a ”Superior Twin Room (Lake View)” and a ”Standard Triple Room (Lake View)” (I will just book a ”random room type” in the future, and I didn't feel that the room was better after spending more money). They Maybe they wanted to line me up together, so they gave me two triple rooms, but they didn't tell me when I checked in. They only told me two room numbers, and then kept asking us which room would accommodate two people. (This is not important at all. The hotel did not move the extra beds. Why do you ask me this?) The neighborhood is also very remote, so we might consider booking dinner, but the front desk didn’t explain it when we checked in. At first, we were asked if we wanted Italian or Japanese dinner. After we chose Italian, they told us that Italian only Can accommodate 2 people, Japanese style meal for 3 people. Later, I asked if we could eat together. Then she called again to confirm that we could have Japanese food together. (I guess it’s because the superior twin room can choose Italian meals, but the standard triple room cannot. It may be written on the hotel’s official website, but it is not clearly written on trip.com) This hotel is more of a leisure hotel. You can play croquet, billiards, tennis, etc., and you can also ride an electric bicycle to the lake for free. Judging from the dinner standards of a hot spring hotel, the Japanese dinner here is below par. The cleanliness of the room is okay, but there are hairs in almost every sink in the bathhouse, and the cleanliness needs to be improved. There is also a problem with the management of breakfast. When we walked in to have breakfast, the waiter didn't ask us for our room number, but asked us to ask the front desk. The front desk didn't even ask for the room number, so we went straight in to eat. There is no asking for the room number. This management method only applies to Japanese people. If you want to have breakfast, you can just walk in. No one knows whether the accommodation includes breakfast. Although it is a lake view room, Chaishan Lagoon will be covered (the total floor is seventh floor, but it is assigned to the fourth floor, the difference is as in the photo), but if you look at the mountain view, it is about the same."

"The equipment of this room was very attractive as I saw it in the photos on Trip.com. I saw that some rooms had a thin hot spring basin, so I chose this room. I was so happy that I could soak in the hot spring in the room. How did I know that there was no such equipment when I arrived in the room? After I went to the front desk to find out the situation, after dealing with them for a while, they just said that the information on the Trip.com website was wrong. This was a photo of another room and had nothing to do with their hotel. . Therefore, I advise everyone who plans to book a hotel on Trip.com not to trust the photos and information on the Trip.com website!"

GGuest UserThere is a pick-up service at Kaga Station. The service is great. There is a waiter who can speak Chinese. The hotel is very clean. The public hot springs are great. It is recommended to book a room with an open-air private bath. Choose the Murasaki room type. The room is very large and has a balcony. The private bath is also large and equipped with a massage chair. The kaiseki in the evening was delicious and the portions were generous, and the breakfast was also rich.

NNuonuokafeiHuazi is about 25 minutes drive from Kaga Hot Spring Station. The hotel will send an email to ask for a free pick-up at the arrival time. My last hotel was auspicious pavilion and walked for 5 minutes. Check out at 11 o'clock to 2 o'clock, during the stay in the mountain hot springs, April 6 is the season of cherry blossom camellia blossoms, there are very few tourists, residents, children see me warmly hello, there is no mountain hot spring lively business here, there is a wooden lacquer exhibition hall to visit shopping, Reasonable price. Flower purple is minimalist, the spare parts are also minimalist, there is no more simple than it at this price, two bottles of water, a bag of tea and a bag of coffee, care ~ there is a sample, there is a welcome tea when you check in, this is all you can get for free. There is no auspicious pavilion for 24-hour tea coffee, happy hour, muffins, pudding, morning snacks (not bad quality, not fooled) geisha performances. Different styles can understand . There are staff at the service door who have been waiting for the guests. When the bus goes out, 4 staff members bow and beckon for at least two minutes. When checking in, the staff brought the ipad display and the western-style room with style, which can be upgraded for a fee. I booked a Japanese-style basic room. I have stayed in more than 100 hotels in Japan to recommend three paid upgrades. Kyoto Oakura, Okinawa Hyatt and this one, The first two are saying that the upgrade can enjoy better service and ask if you need it? This one asked directly. I didn't upgrade. I booked two if I wanted to live. If I wanted to upgrade, I would ask you. It is indeed very advanced with Western style, no need to sleep on the ground, I later felt that the upgrade was also good, and it would cost nearly 1,000 yuan more. The staff took the timetable of Kaga Hot Spring Station to ask the delivery time. I said please call me a taxi to the next hotel. The time is 11 o'clock tomorrow. The name of the next hotel. I said that the hotel knows. She is stuck. Calling a good attitude like making tea bluntly asked me where I came from. Then the translator asked me if I played uber myself? I didn't understand that I played by myself. I arrived on time at 6 o'clock for dinner. The rhythm was not good. I would wait or two to go together. The dishes were seasoned and the high-end ~ is a bit simple. The breakfast was very delicious, the first-class level, and the service was more enthusiastic. The facilities have been refurbished, very clean and tidy, and the air conditioning sound is poor. Japanese-style windows transmit light with eye masks and earplugs to sleep. Those who like Ogata Shinjiro's style can stay, and the aesthetic is very advanced.

DDashutuziPerfect for a stay and two meals. The hotel's aesthetics are online, the traditional and exquisite interior decoration and the very clean and comfortable private hot spring bath allowed us to have a good rest on the last day of this trip. The Japanese dinner was freshly seasoned and very tasty. I was informed at the last minute that I couldn't eat fish, and I was very considerate enough to change the menu. In addition, the soul of a traditional Japanese hotel is definitely the female general. The two female generals are elegant, talkative, and very approachable. Awesome experience!

GGuest UserThis Japanese-style hot spring hotel is fully equipped and the lobby is quite luxuriously decorated. We arrived early and enjoyed free afternoon tea and foot soup first. At three o'clock, a waiter in a kimono guided us to the door of the room, which was very intimate. After the bath, we had dinner on the 2nd floor of the hotel at the time we had booked in advance. The dinner was a standard kaiseki dish and was very hearty. Each family had their own private dining space and was equipped with a dedicated full service. At 9 pm, the hotel arranged a local Taigu performance in Kaga for the guests, which was very special. The whole experience was very satisfying.

GGuest UserThe room was upgraded and it was spacious and relaxing. The hot spring was also comfortable and relaxing. It was great to listen to the drum performance at night. Of course, I was satisfied with dinner and breakfast. I want to go with my husband and wife next time.

FFRANK HThe hotel room smells very strong. When we checked in, we had pre-installed the air purifier and turned on the air conditioner. Not embarrassed to mention a room change. Coupled with being tired and hungry, I hurried to dinner. I thought that the smell would be eliminated soon. When I came back from dinner, I found that the smell was very strong. Even the bath towels were full of smoke, because it was a Japanese-style room and the bed was made for us. Cut off our idea of changing rooms. The service staff is polite and courteous. The corridors of the hotel are completely windowless, not ventilated and light-tight, and relatively stuffy. The hotel is surrounded by old houses No one in the hotel can speak English There is a long stream behind the hotel
