Both units can be rented together for a total of 4 bedrooms (check the calendar for availability).There is close beach access, down 109 stairs to the beach/beach trail or a quarter-mile drive to North Beach. The pier is a short one-mile walk. There is surfing directly in front of the house ("204s" on surfing maps, other surfing spots are a short drive). Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys for children are available for free to our guests.Disclaimer: There was a hill slide behind the property in early 2023. The property has been cleared by a geological engineer as safe. There is a safety fence, but the pool & spa are non-operational; all photos of the property are current and accurate.
