"We did choose this hotel only because of it’s relative proximity to Farnborough for the airshow. Rooms definitely need updating, new carpet, mattress etc. As well as better soundproofing . Breakfast is mediocre quality There are some nice pubs close-by."

"Stayed two nights here and overall this was a pleasant stay in a lovely village. Staff were excellent and the food very good. There seemed to be a problem with the breakfast on the Saturday and a slight mis understanding with the room on the first night. However, this did not detract fr9m the stay and would have no hesitation in recommending this Pub/Hotel. Have to say raised my two queries on the Sunday with the two managers who were there and they were so polite and dealt with the matter in a most professional way. Thank you for your time and care you gave me much appreciated."

"I stayed at this hotel last night, lovely friendly greeting from the owner Peter, who then showed me to my room and what a lovely room, was on the ground floor with patio doors onto the lovely garden. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was really good. Would highly recommend a stay here"
