Our family had an unforgettable stay at the Kowloon Shangri-La! From the moment we arrived, the level of hospitality was exceptional. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for our family. We were impressed by the stunning views of Victoria Harbour and the cleanliness and comfort of the entire suite. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there were thoughtful touches like extra pillows and blankets for the kids, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel offered a range of kid-friendly amenities, including an indoor pool where our children had a blast. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient location, with easy access to the MTR and being so close to many attractions, including the vibrant Tsim Sha Tsui district. Shopping, dining, and sightseeing were all just a short walk away. Breakfast at the hotel was a real highlight—there was a fantastic selection of both local and international dishes that catered to all tastes. The hotel’s team went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, whether it was arranging a taxi or giving us helpful recommendations for family-friendly activities around Kowloon.
