The room was a bit old but well maintained and big by HK standard! The facilities are also enough. Note that the hotel doesn’t provide bottle of water. However, Extra point for the service during the breakfast, the staff was very accommodating to any type of specific request (vegetarian, halal…) but we need to inform them in advance.

After the transfer to the hostel, the staff kindly answered and talked, and arranged for 4 people to stay in a medium-sized room with a bunk bed and a large bed in the basement. Dinner can be cooked in person, and the event room provides different games and fun. It is very relaxing to watch the sea and talk about the day.

The West Park has a good environment. The traffic and location are very quiet. The inside and outside of the camp are generally clean and the staff are very friendly. The equipment in the park is very good. There are different play facilities and a lot of goats.

Booked the two bedroom suite, it has kitchen but we didn’t use it. the room is really tight with two single bed side by side. View of the bay and the island is great. I hope the hotel can provide power adapters for international travelers.

The check in was very fast and swift. Cindy was very helpful on K11 watsapp. Location and view was awesome. It was fantastic holiday at k11 and very convenient shopping and food mall just down to B2. I will definitely come back and stay at K11 Artus again.
